Sheraton Sioux Falls Hotel & Convention Center

The Sheraton is perfectly located, close to the airport and downtown. It checks all the boxes—helpful staff, very comfortable room and delicious food. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating. An added touch was the lemonade and chilled water near the elevators. A very welcoming atmosphere. I was very impressed!

A beautifully designed building, but the rooms are in need of updating and renovation. Carpets are dated and the curtains in our room were frayed on one end. Wallpaper is dark and drab. Not terrible, but it demonstrates the need for ownership to update and lighten. In the bathroom, there are no hooks on wall or door to hang robes, PJ's, or towels. Towels are located under sinks on other side of room from shower. An inconvenience. Breakfast was mediocre. Breakfast OK. Not many people there. Most entrees were 17.00+ and they offer a buffet, but nothing special. If you are going to charge for a buffet, make it a good one. Nothing you couldn't get at a Hampton that comes with your room. Understaffed. one person manning the register and waiting tables. Maybe because we were there at 9:30. It is still a nice place to stay and we will continue to go there because of convenience factor. Great location for many activities in the city. But they need to spend the money and start updating the rooms.

Hotel is tired and interior is old and wearing out.

Building is old and needs to be upgraded. Was awaken by my sink, overflowing, and the bathroom floor was flooded. I believe it was caused due to someone taking a shower upstairs when it was occurring. I called the front desk and they seemed not to really care. We were just glad that we took showers the night before.

Best hotel for the MSP airport. Great shuttle service. Super clean. Good restaurant in the hotel. I will always try and stay here first if available.

This is a great place to stay if you’re going to a concert at the Denny Sanford Premier Center!

I'm a senior and have never been in a large hotel like the Sheridan. When I walked in and was wondering what to do, a young staff member asked if he could help me. I told him why I was there and he asked if I was registered. I said yes, so to the computer we went. He asked for my driver's license for identification purposes, had me sign a document and gave me the keys to my room. He gave me exact directions on how to get to the room. My questions may have sounded routine to most people, but the staff member treated me with much respect and answered every question like they were very important. That definitely calmed my nerves. Before I left the check in area to head to my room, the young staff member said he saw it was my birthday on my driver's license and wished me a big Happy Birthday and then all the staff in the area shouted out a Happy Birthday! It meant a lot because on that day I was celebrating 75 years! If it helps, the staff member who was so helpful and kind was Cayden. I told Cayden I work at the University of South Dakota Law Library and call law vendors frequently and I recognize good customer service. Cayden's customer service was superb! Thank you and God bless you Sheridan staff!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Extremely nice staff and the food was good in the restaurant.

Only stayed one night and there was not hot water to take a shower.

Property is a little older and could use a slight refresh. But, nearly everything about it makes for a great stay. We are definitely coming back.

Stayed in town for one night as we were passing through. Clean room and the place had a great atmosphere from the get go. Helpful staff and love the indoor fountain/pond.

Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes.
