I called even before I booked the room which was like 4 days before the reservation asking if hot tub and pool were open, and was told yes. That was the the ONLY reason we booked that hotel. Get there pool was Closed. Room smelt bad had to buy a room spray for it. Bed was so uncomfortable I wasn't even able to sleep the entire night. Staff was friendly but other than that I was very unhappy with hotel.

I start this by saying we were there for 3 nights. When we checked in we noticed there was no bedspread, just a fleece blanket on the bed. The blanket had a stain and appeared dirty. Housekeeping has never been by our room to my knowledge. The beds haven’t been made, or had our towels changed. We haven’t been given new towels, or more towels given to us. The shower goes from hot to cold very fast. The bathroom knob appears to be broken. The vending machines don’t work, we had a problem with our key card second night. The pool was closed just before we checked in because someone had an accident in the pool. Three days later and it still isn’t available. The breakfast was hit and miss. The breakfast on the weekend was alright, but all there was for breakfast during the week was little boxes of cereal, and bagels. The ceilings were very low. There was a door in the room with a lock on it. I believe it was a conjoining room. I think the only good thing was the lady at the front desk. I will not be returning.

Lobby was cute. Our room was in need of repair. Looks like they had had a leak and patched but not fix. Still seeing plaster. Floor had some issues. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs should not have water in them. Neither should the sausage after it’s been cooked. Staff was friendly. It definitely looks like the young couple. There are working very hard to turn the place around.

The rooms were not in very good condition. Tub dripped terrible, toilet wouldn’t flush half the time, and it was not very clean. Staff were friendly but really didn’t know their jobs very well. Checking in was a major hassle due to not being able to get the key cards to work. Took 4 tries. Next day the key cards wouldn’t work again. This time the desk clerk was not very kind about the problem. Acted put out like we were a problem and didn’t even offer an apology for the trouble. The hot food (scrambled eggs and sausage) was not ready at 8:30 and the breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00. There was no hot food the next morning. It had rained and the ceiling was leaking in the hallway onto the floor. The pool was working but the hot tub was not. In general it is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The employees need better training and the ability to keep the place running efficiently.

Didn't have clean linen or towels

The room hadn't been cleaned so we were moved to another room. We left early the next day for the airport, so I can't comment on the breakfast

Ground floor, the window screen was torn half off and the siding window had no lock!

Does anyone work here? The place seemed abandoned from the moment we arrived. Nobody at the front desk ever. Breakfast- coffee was gone at 8:30am. Nothing hot even though they had the equipment for it. Two of the four juices. Hot tub was down for service. One towel left with a hair on it at the pool at 10am while literally nobody had used it or was there all morning. Back in the room, the shower head and drain didn’t work properly, the toilet kept running all night waking us up, and there were two towel for a bedroom that sleeps 4 and nobody at the front desk or answering to bring more towels. The only good thing was the waterslide and pool. But the area was moldy.

The AC sounded like a lawn mower engine. The bed was okay, no bugs at least. Staff were nice. Pool was okay. Good budget option if you just need a cheap place to stay.

Neat pool area and slide. Room carpets were a bit grubby and there was some water in the hallway, but beds were good and clean.

Fridge don’t work well but hey no biggy to us but maybe for future guests!

Staff was responsive to our concerns and we appreciated their willingness to help. My understanding is that hotel is under new ownership and/or management and in the midst of repairs.

Only good thing about it was the pool. Very short handed. Filthy pool bathroom. Took us 3 moves to find a good room.

Unfriendly, room not ready on arrival. Headache absolute nightmare.

The place looks great and has an amazing idea just needs to take better care and not lie on-line. Cheers! B

Some pretty scummy people hanging out in and around the place. Exterior doors weren't locked, pool out of service and key cards didn't work. I think there are people who live there long term.

Garden was nice. Pool has been broken for over a year, both back doors were zip ties unlocked with people freely coming in and out all night. Funky smell in gall and rooms.
