Garden was nice. Pool has been broken for over a year, both back doors were zip ties unlocked with people freely coming in and out all night. Funky smell in gall and rooms.
-
Nothing else to add at this time.

The room was not very clean .. walked across the floor my socks were brown. We had to get clean towels from the desk each day the room was not tidied up at all. The back door which was next to our room was broke and anytime someone went out it slammed shut ( not nice after midnight)Pool was shut down and had to hunt down the help for service.

Pool was out of service , courtyard was not maintained

Excellent

An older hotel. Free breakfast was toast, bagels or cereal. The pool was out of service which was one of the main reasons for booking that room.
-
There was only one staff member plus the manager to assist guests, plus the pool was being maintained, and very little for breakfast, not what was mentioned on the website.
-
The pool was under maintenance - which was the only reason we chose this hotel
-
Otherwise, the hotel is nice enough. The breakfast is just cereal, bread, and bagels. The hotel was obviously a very nice place 30 years ago, but is in a bit of disrepair, now. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly.

This place was terrible and I would not ever return! The outside doors did not lock. The building inside was in disrepair. The pool was closed for maintenance. The first room we were given smelled like wet dog (carpeting). The second room smelled better but was older and had blood stains outside the bathroom door. There were no screens on our second floor windows - really not safe when traveling with children. The exercise area had broken equipment. Breakfast was cold options. The front desk was rarely staffed as they were cleaning rooms due to three housekeepers recently quitting. This hotel appeared to have guests who worked in the area and due to its extended stay option, may have been their home base. Definitely do not stay their with a family!

The lady at the desk when we arrived late was amazing. Had some issues with housekeeping that day not cleaning rooms starting they were clean. We went to our room was not clean. Went back to the desk she apologized profusely. Than we got upgraded for the inconvenience. She was so nice and very helpful.

Room very clean but they barely keep pool towels have to ask if they put any out it’s on 2 maybe 3 and the pool can be full and they know they need more because I seen them walk in and put 2 towels out and never came bk otherwise everything very comfy and clean

I wasn’t even able to check in. There was no staff available. The entire experience was awful. I waited for 30 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Never once saw an employee.
-
Pool was closed. Construction tools in the hallway. No A/C in the hallway. Transients everywhere.

Breakfast was nothing special and the pool was down for maintenance, I understand that pools need maintenance but the only reason we booked this hotel was for the water slide for the kids
-
I would like to acknowledge the front desk lady for doing her best with only 1 other worker working

Do not let the photos deceive you. This place is dirty, quite run down and unpleasant overall. Our blankets had holes, the shower temperature was varied and never a consistent temperature. There were some safety concerns due to a couple of people continually roaming the halls. You can hear every noise within a 4 room radius through your walls clear as day. The pool does not work, per other reviews it seemingly has never worked?? Not to mention the sorry excuse for the offered breakfast. I had planned a weekend there and left after the first night to go directly next door. That was the best decision I made all weekend. This place is not worth $20/night, and damn sure not worth whatever they decide to charge. DO NOT STAY HERE.
