Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel

Great hotel for the price! My daughter enjoyed spending time at the indoor water park while I relaxed in the hot tub just feet away. Being able to eat at the hotel restaurant after a long drive was perfect! No need to check in and go back out to search for dinner. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Kids loved the swimming pool and the breakfast was excellent

Walls were quite thin. Kept us up late hearing everyone around us.

The breakfast was adequate. The room was clean but smelled musty. The water park was great for our kids. Beds were comfy. Pillows were ok. We didn’t my use the outdoor pool. The restaurant was nice to have right on site. Would stay again.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The check in process was quick, staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the pool area was very nice and fun for kids, and the breakfast buffet had several options. They also had a nice lobby with complimentary coffee available.

Customer service was excellent. Our family loved the pool, kiddie pool, waterslide & hot tub. Our rooms were large and clean with beautiful bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying here and the main reason is their pool area. Our 8 year old grandson just loves the pool and waterslide! We love the breakfast! Our room was nice and comfortable.

Our rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was the bathtub would fill with water when we showered (separate unites). The pool was fantastic for the kids! The breakfast was also excellent. I would stay there again.

Big plus for me was the in house Bar and Grill and the Breakfast Buffet.

Check in and hotel staff were great. No hot water in the mornings. Restaurant service was awful. We waited 30 minutes just for water and 25 minutes for our orders to be taken.
