Staff was great for the interactions we had

Children age 9 and 13 enjoyed the pools. The on-site pizzas at the restaurant were very tasty as well.

Kids loved the indoor water park.

Other then the dead bunny by car in the morning & the maintenance guy ignored it after working in the same area...

The breakfast was wonderful and the room was big.

The bedroom door was extremely difficult to open and close. It required a lot of force to pull, which caused me terrible muscle pain after having to do it repeatedly throughout our stay. I would especially not recommend this for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. There was also no telephone in the room, which was a first for us. Whenever we needed something, such as pool towels or a plastic bag for the ice bucket, we had to walk all the way to the front desk. Unfortunately, our room was also located quite far from the main lobby, which made this even more inconvenient. That being said, we still enjoyed our stay. My kids absolutely loved the indoor water park, and we truly appreciated that the hotel welcomed and accommodated our puppies. 🐶❤️ Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but addressing these issues would make the experience much more convenient and comfortable for guests.l.

The pool area was nice and a lot of seating. There was a lot of room in the breakfast area. The king suite was spacious and had room for our family. There was dirty rags in our room the minute we checked in. We also found socks in the corner behind a chair. There was a lot of cobwebs in our room. The map on the door had either blood or feces smeared on it. We found a room key that was not ours on the shelf in our closet. The sofa bed did not have a sheet on it and was covered in pee stains and other stains. We also found some other type of stuff on the carpet under the side table. No idea what it was.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We really enjoyed the poolside room and quick access to the waterpark. The suite layout is great for traveling with kids.

Very difficult to navigate the hotel, need better signage throughout. Ran into many other guests lost, trying to find lobby, ice machines, etc.

Pool along with the floating toys in the pool, the rooms were clean, nice size tv, very good breakfast! Also we got in late, so it was so nice to be able to eat at the restaurant/bar located in the hotel! coffee was weak but i do like strong coffee! pool towels were small next time i will bring our beach towels.

Clean place, great staff and good breakfast choices. Only “complaint” is how big the whole place is and kind of difficult to navigate all the hallways. The pool was awesome

Exceptional

Room was comfortable and clean,indoor pool area was enjoyed by the granddaughter. Rates were alright and will stay again.

Motel is outdated. For the price paid, I was disappointed. If it was about $60 a night it would have been ok. Anything above $60, the place is not worth it.

Our stay was great. The pool is so fun and the breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was our shower drained very slowly.

Wonderful facility and great pool area for the kids. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Need towels in the pool area.

Always a good time at the Ramkota. Staff are super helpful, indoor and outdoor pools are great when traveling with kids.
