Clean room, nice staff, and convenient.

Room smelled of old cigarette smoke. This place screams “help me!” Bathroom sink/counter was mounted just barely above my knees, and I’m short, just under 5’5”. Toilet was too low, chunks of floor molding missing, pieces of lower wall missing. In desperate need of a complete overhaul. At the end of the day, other than the wretched cigarette smoke smell, it was quiet, well lit and patrolled parking lot so no car prowlers. These were all much appreciated.

They were very friendly.

The lighting was poor, the walls super thin. I actually checked out one and a half days early due to not being able to sleep. The room next store to me the occupants where loud and disrespectful when I asked if they could quiet down some.

I was switched to was much better. Also when I returned to hotel after visiting family for a day my key card for the room was deactivated and had to back to the front counter to get the cards reactivated

The hotel was clean but could use updating. The pool water was rather cold but the kids did it seem to mind. The juice machine was broken in the morning and wasn't shut down yet so I got splashed with warm juice from excess pressure. The manager was apologetic and attempted to make the situation right by offering a cup with ice for the juice coming out. Um, no. People should not be drinking warm juice that has been sitting and growing bacteria all night. I hope the manager doesn't apply unsafe food practices for the food.

For the price, the bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice. The phone wasn't working in our room but we just needed a place to sleep and it was just what we needed. If you are on the 2nd floor there is no elevator. The coffee was good and hot. The breakfast included: cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, pastries and bagels. Parking is a little tricky but not bad. All the staff were very helpful and kind.

You get what you pay for. Our bathroom had spackle on the walls. Glad we only needed a bed for the night. Would not want to stay there longer.

Better breakfast than expected. Too bad the painters didn’t use a drop cloth.
