Wonderful night staff very helpful.

carpet coming up in room. fire alarms went off in the middle of nite

No water in the sink. The chain lock was held by spray foam. Was not safe and no offer for a different room was made when complained. Nrefund was denied as we checked out immediately because we would not stay there. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nice clean smell when entering the hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Hot tub had no jets. The pool area had no clean towels the night we checked in or the next morning. The workout room had a large hole in the ceiling. While housekeeping was cleaning rooms, there was a vacuum sitting in hallway with the cord just all over floor, the lady standing in hallway didn’t bother to move it out the way for my daughters and I.

The shower door did not fully shut so water ran out. The wall by the sink was not wiped down. Paint was chipping and parts of the wall had been poorly patch. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The inside of the hotel was clean

The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were half used. The hallways and staircase could use a vacuum. All in all I'd stay again if needed but it was not very clean or maintained well.

Room worked for what we needed it for which was for a concert at the Denny. It was within walking distance and cheaper than other places around. It’s definitely dated but it wasn’t a terrible stay. It sounded like a train was approaching when we flushed our toilet but it just made us giggle because someone would always yell “ALL ABOAAAARD”. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No major complaints, but nothing fancy, which is alright

Pretty good simple and clean

The entire hotel smells. One guest was at reception when I checked in and said he couldn’t stay there due to the smell. The room was dirty and bathroom amenities were virtually non-existent. I could go on but you get the picture. Steer well clear of this place.

Booked this trip for a weekend away. Got there and the hot tub didn’t work at all. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to fix it.

The pictures online are deceiving because the comforter /paint on the walls look new. Also in a not-great part of town, sharing a parking lot with one of those corner casinos.

Old & outdated hotel. Squeaky bed with a major dip.

Bathrooms were old and dirty. Started a parking lot with a small casino making it feel less than safe walking in at night. Breakfast was decent but would not stay again.

Not good place to stay there was a roaches😡😡

Kind of a shady area to stay. Staff was amazing but shower door was missing handle and it was stuck when trying to open or close. Light over mirror and desk was burnt out. Copy paper of sign for main lobby restroom taped to wall and had to ask for key to use which was attached to a fly swatter😂. Did not use pool or hot tub as they definitely did not look good. Oh and fridge in room, the freezer area was built up with ice. But it was a good price since we needed to be in town for 3 days and within walking distance of state track meet at howard wood relays facility.

Bed spread was filthy, mold in bathroom.

The hot was cold did want be in because the stuff floating in the hot tub. Got my booking all messed up up and told I had booked 3 rooms that was not true. Food was cold .the lady didn’t know how cheek me in. I would not stay there again and it was not worth my money that I paid for the rooms. Very disappointed with my say there.
