Sleep Inn Sioux Falls Airport

Dilapidated. Very dated. Needs renovations. Room 112 smelled. Torn wall paper. Mouldy shower. Vacuumed but dirty carpet. Biggest issue for me was that bright lights outside cannot be blocked out. Can easily see with all room lights off. Hard to sleep even though the bed was comfy. Definitely not worth the price charged. 60% would be about right for worn out places like this.

Very old over used mattress. Bathroom smelled of urine. Paper thin walls.

Breakfast was a joke nasty Eggs and microwave sausage.

Staff was great but the quality of the facilities is very poor.

Parking and check in parking could be improved. Over all I was happy with facilities.

Breakfast needed more, everything else was good

We brought our dog to our stay. We got a call from the hotel during the wedding we were attending saying that our dog was barking and they were getting calls from other guests. We left the wedding to go get our dog, turns out it wasn’t our dog that was barking. It was a dog from the room across the hall which could be heard as soon as we walked into the hallway. When I confronted the staff, she swore it was our dog and not the one across the hall. We missed the wedding supper and dance because of having to come back to the hotel, so I asked for a refund stating that it didn’t make any sense to stay the night at this point and was told that’s not possible. Had the staff actually went down to our room, they would’ve known the barking wasn’t from our room. Disappointed that the trip was basically ruined by lazy staff. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

budget friendly, clean, courteous staff

Disgusting hotel. Electrical outlet covers hanging off the wall. Toilet paper holder also hanging half off the wall. Pool edge was covered in rust and the hot tub was a nasty color of yellow. Rock concert next door made it impossible to sleep. Would never recommend this hotel.

Great staff and the location was clean. The room was what I expected and comfortable.

Nice clean smell when entering the hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Hot tub had no jets. The pool area had no clean towels the night we checked in or the next morning. The workout room had a large hole in the ceiling. While housekeeping was cleaning rooms, there was a vacuum sitting in hallway with the cord just all over floor, the lady standing in hallway didn’t bother to move it out the way for my daughters and I.

The shower door did not fully shut so water ran out. The wall by the sink was not wiped down. Paint was chipping and parts of the wall had been poorly patch. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The inside of the hotel was clean

The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were half used. The hallways and staircase could use a vacuum. All in all I'd stay again if needed but it was not very clean or maintained well.

Room worked for what we needed it for which was for a concert at the Denny. It was within walking distance and cheaper than other places around. It’s definitely dated but it wasn’t a terrible stay. It sounded like a train was approaching when we flushed our toilet but it just made us giggle because someone would always yell “ALL ABOAAAARD”. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No major complaints, but nothing fancy, which is alright

Pretty good simple and clean

The entire hotel smells. One guest was at reception when I checked in and said he couldn’t stay there due to the smell. The room was dirty and bathroom amenities were virtually non-existent. I could go on but you get the picture. Steer well clear of this place.
