Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport-Waterpark & Event Ctr

The higher price for the room compared to other hotels was worth it for the access to the waterpark that everyone in the family enjoyed. The room was clean and comfortable, but the deadbolt on our room's door did not lock and the swing bar lock was broken off. The bathroom door frame was extremely rusty. The later checkout time of noon was a very nice perk, and the arcade area was a fun and reasonable priced addition. As soon as the pool opened at 9am, the area near the pool was definitely noisy as expected, but our room near the pool was extremely quiet while the pool was closed. The pool is open 9am-10pm Sunday through Thursday, and 9am-11pm Friday and Saturday.

Room was clean, staff was nice, pool was huge and awesome. Definitely a kids getaway!!!

Would recommend this property for families with kids of all ages.

We stayed 3 nights and did not get room service, but that is my only complaint. Breakfast is not included. Pool for kids and arcade was amazing, and loved to 2 queens with separate sitting area and pullout bed and table and chairs. Would stay again.

The water park is what drew us to booking this property. I don't believe we would ever book here again. For the price, we expected a better maintained and clean hotel. It was dirty and rundown. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. There were no amenities. Again, our kids enjoyed the pool but it was also not well maintained.

It was a good spot for our family by the ballpark. Nice pool area and hot tub!

Excellent and accommodating staff. Clean room. Pool area could use a little updating., but the kids had a great time anyway.

Our stay started with discovering a giant crack in the front of the toilet that was leaking water everywhere, so we ended up having to move rooms right away. After moving rooms, we discovered that the Smart TVs do not allow you to log into streaming services. Maybe it was a glitch, but I feel it’s pointless to have a Smart TV if you aren’t going to allow guests to log into their streaming services. We then tried to connect to the WiFi on one of our devices, but could not even get the internet name to pop up. When we inquired with the front desk, we were told “sometimes it comes in and out due to our proximity to the airport.” We tried for two days to connect and were never able to get connected. We’ve stayed here multiple times and never had an Internet issue, so not sure how much I believe that. We stay here because our toddler loves the pool, but if it wasn’t for the pool, I can’t say I would continue staying here after this experience.

Rooms were big enough for the kids and me. Right by the pool. Pool was fun. Restaurant was nice to have on the property. Close to places we visited.

It was awesome. Grandkids loved the water park and having a room right by the pool. We liked being able to go eat and still watch the kids from where we were eating. Then we ordered for them when they got out of the pool. Our room had a table so they could sit and eat at. Lots of room in our room also. Huge bathroom, nice beds. Would recommend to anyone.

Rooms are clean, cozy and quiet. The pool area is very nice and well stocked with towels. Front desk ladies were super quick and very helpful during check in. I definitely will stay again and recommend anyone with a family to stay here as well.

I mean this property has wear but you wont find a place any better for even twice the price. The beds are comfy, rooms are large, theres a waterslide/indoor pool, and a bar/restaurant on-site with excellent food and drinks. The front desk girls are sweet as can be. Definitely recommend it here especially if you have kids

Family had fun at the pool

We’ve stayed here 2-3 times mostly due to the pool & price. The inside needs a bad makeover. Everything is aged and it’s so humid from the pool that there’s a smell too. Room was standard but also had some chipped ceiling paint. Just overall average.

We would have moved to another hotel but could not as they were all booked due to the baseball tournaments that week. I would not recommend this property to stay at to anyone. the facility is not clean even in common areas. My son and his family had a lot of issues with their room as well.

My issue was a safety concern

My kids loved the pool area and that is all the could talk about it was the first thing they wanted to do when we got there and the first thing they wanted to do when they woke up.

We stayed here twice in the last week. The pool area was great for kids. The room was not the dirtiest room I’ve stayed in. But also not the cleanest. One of our rooms the air conditioner was leaking, so the floor was soaked in front of that. The other room the toilet paper roll holder had been broken, and the hole was covered where it broke from the wall, but the other side of the holder was still in the wall, so it was just dangling there. If you’re looking for comfort and cleanliness, I would choose somewhere to else. If you’re looking for something to keep your kids occupied, this isn’t terrible.

The place was a dive. Elevator was broken. Door handle to my room was broken. No WiFi in rooms. Kind of a dump overall.
