The rooms were fantastic, the amenities were excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful. Parking was ok but all on the street with meters. The good thing was that there was free parking on the weekend.

The property is near the falls and restaurants. There are lots of seating nooks for relaxing and catching up with friends.

Location, the staff, the bikes had everything we needed. Very comfortable I liked everything

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and competent. Our room didn’t get any maid service. We were gone for most of the day and when we returned, nothing had been done. Beds weren’t made, cleaning wasn’t done, and dirty towels hadn’t been replaced. We called to let the management know and their explanation was that they had some staff that was sick. In our opinion, a very poor explanation. This isn’t the covid outbreak!

There was a concert across the street both nights, Friday and Saturday, very loud!!!! A lot of homeless people!

We had a room with a balcony facing Falls Park and the view was beautiful! The room itself was even better than the photos could have shown! Will definitely book again if we're in the area again! Staff was helpful with the few questions we had and all very friendly!

If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.

Liked the location, car park and the food Reception staff, were not very welcoming, the restaurant understaffed, only one staff running here and there, doing her best

Beautiful, well thought out hotel. Our room was next to the mechanical room so it was very loud inside our room. They have no business putting paying guests in that room. I understand when you book through a third party site and receive a discounted hotel room, that you will be placed in less optimal rooms, such as a bad view, etc. But this was beyond the pale. I would never have stayed here had I know it would be in a noisy room next to the mechanical room. At checkout I was told the supervisor would be in at 3:00 PM and would call me. It has been 24 hours and crickets.

Room was v comfortable. v spacious. Comfy bed. Amazing views of the falls. Restaurant was v good. Staff/service was excellent. Convenient location, close to downtown, the airport, and Falls Park. Total disconnect between Front Desk and Housekeeping. We -never- got room service the entire time we were there unless we physically went down to the Front Desk to ask for it/complain. Lots of handwringing/oh we'll look in to it/we'll take care of it, and the next day, the same thing. All v polite and professional. Anyway, next day, we head out for town/go out/come back 3pm, 4pm, 5pm - whenever - and the room was still unclean. Down to the front desk...wash/rinse/repeat- 4 days in a row. The hotel comp'd us for 1/2 a night's stay so thanx for that but I just dont understand what the disconnect was? Also had a slightly unpleasant experience when I went to the Front Desk to complain about the Parking charge ($20/day) which I didnt realize - especially as Parking in the multi-story is FREE in the evenings and FREE on the weekends. Ugh. Who knew. Anyhoo, the lady at the front desk did not appreciate my complaining about it and wanted me to -know- she was super irritated that I had the audacity to ask for a refund for Sat and Sun. Probably thought I was a cheapskate and was nickel and diming the hotel. Oh well, guess Im not up to the standard of her usual clientel what with my adidas sweats and Costco t-shirt and she let me know it. Said she took off $20 but when i got my final bill I think it was back on. It is what it is. Oh, and the coffee machine was a fail - it only made espresso??? wierd. Figured a high-end room wld have a decent coffee maker. Maybe the high rollers dont drink regular coffee, just espresso? Who knew.
