It was convenient that the location was near the Falls and Main Street. I was told that there was no complimentary breakfast. The coffee in the room was terrible. The hotel was very humid inside

Parking is a huge problem, have to park a block away after checking in and if there are events going on it only is worse. Also, the shower control is on the opposite wall of the shower head making it awkwardly difficult to set the temperature. The sleeping area of the room lacks good lighting but overall the room was pleasant and comfortable.

There was a steamer for our wedding wear in the room, a lot of hanging space, nice big room, great air conditioning, beautiful location by the falls -park and waterpark and concert venue right outside and great downtown walkable.

Beautiful rooms. Lovely modern scent as you walk into the building. Disappointed we prepaid for 2 breakfasts for both mornings we stayed there and were not able to use it with their POS system down. I was told I couldn't even get a refund either. Burned money for services not received.
