Hotel On Phillips

I travel the country and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I put it up there with the W, Ritz, and Fairmont.

Location atmosphere and value.

Location was excellent

There was only hot water so we couldnt shower.

Totally cool hotel with real class. After three weeks on the road and several thousand miles from place to place this was the perfect place to end our trip and relax before going home. Next time well spend more time so we can explore the city around the hotel but this time we were tired and glad we could get drinks and dinner right there and coffee and rolls as we checked out to make our flight.

Location and decor is great. Very clean and just as described. Staff very helpful. Good value given it is a nicer property

The hotel is very basic. Aside from the interesting bar in a vault, the rooms are bare bone. There are no closets. The mattress caves in quite badly and is not comfortable. Overall the level of comfort and luxury is just not what it appears to be through the photos on the website.

There was also limited parking at the hotel, but they provided us with free parking at a location down the street, which wasn’t too far away. We stayed on the sixth floor, and unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service during our stay. On one occasion, the other elevator took about 45 minutes to reach our floor. Aside from those issues, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, very clean, unique lobby, nice size rooms. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, close to the river trail for running or other exercise. Would stay here again.

This is the best place to stay in downtown Sioux Falls!! Have stayed multiple times and have never been disappointed! Staff is awesome-location awesome! Treasury bar is a must!

it was downtown and the building was so unique and gorgeous it was extremely noisy with the honking and people partying and yelling in the streets. Not much parking so had to use a parking garage across the street that was a bit sketchy

Location is great. The bed was comfortable Price was high. There is carpeting everywhere which I find gross and out dated. We asked where to eat and staff should recommend what they believe are good quality restaurants. I feel the recommendations are part of the package.

During our stay, the elevators had some issues.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is really friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located downtown, so we could walk everywhere. The hotel also provided a shuttle to the music event we went to, which was just a bonus. If the treasury was open on a Sunday
