Everything was great. Our room and view were beautiful. Staff were very quick to help with parking and directions. Would love to stay again.

Had a wonderful trip - beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Comfortable bed and housekeeping cleans daily for stay overs - a pleasant surprise!

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. I love the rooms, the hotel, the restaurant/ bar. The staff is great, the workout facility is great. It is such a wonderful place to stay!

A 110-year-old building that was remodeled six years ago and yet combines contemporary in classical architecture. Very well done very tasteful. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay

Parking very limited on surface. Had special instructions for no feather pillows, which was ignored. Was provided replacement pillows, one of which a feather pillow. Second replacements were good. Woman at the front desk was great, but the hotel doesn't seem to have any real system in place to deal with allergies. Will not be coming back, even though it's in a good spot downtown.

Best hotel beds ever

Really nice hotel with a great vibe. Having a cocktail in the vault was really pleasant. Walkable to many local restaurants and right on the riverfront.

Very unique hotel! Everything was super clean, parking was easy, staff was incredible and the bar was amazing! So glad we chose this spot on our trip!

Bar staff needs to be more personable and better skilled at signature drinks.

The Treasury Restaurant was excellent!

It was a very nice property, will stay again. Only thing I would change is the pillows, they could be a little firmer and I didn’t travel with my steamer, I had to ask the front desk for an iron. I like when irons are already in the room. The parking was very limited in the self parking area. Overall hotel is well maintained and in a great location

We have stayed at this hotel many times; it is always clean and the staff is friendly. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown. The only hotel I stay at when I travel to Sioux Falls.

The coffee shop and cafe were closed during our stay. We didn’t try any other amenities. The staff was amazing.

Room was very small for the price, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable woke up feeling very sore. And the shower flooded the whole bathroom after 5 minutes of a shower.
