Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre by IHG

The bathroom remodel put the toilet almost in the middle of the room.

The room smelled like a pile of dirty wet towels, the air conditioner was incredibly loud. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place… find somewhere else to stay. Also, Expedia was not helpful at all when I logged a formal complaint… won’t be using them again either

The parking structure was ok until I realized its $25 a night just to park there! What a rip off, the room price cant cover this?

This is my go-to hotel in downtown Sioux Falls. Good bar, restaurant, and pool. Rooms and clean, large, and have a balcony.

Quietness Bleach smell in the lobby. No included breakfast. Very high price for an average room. Elevator temporarily out of order. Unpleasant view out the room window.

Everything was great except to my surprise I thought breakfast was inclusive, but it wasn't. I didn't pay attention to that part I was booking. Otherwise, it was really great.

Before stepping through the front door, the place was ill kept.once walking through the turnstiles door it smelled of urine.

Great property, good amenities, free parking and comfort sleeping Facility could use some updates. Paint was peeling and bubbling due to lack of fan in the bathroom.

This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are institutional looking and lack standard amenities. I won't be back.

My room was right next to the elevator, so it was really loud. And the hotel had a wedding on the upper floor above me, so you could hear that until about like 10 o’clock. So if you’re trying to go to bed early, that wouldn’t have been happening. And it was really awkward to have the pool and hot tub be on the other side of the dining/bar area because you had to walk around that in your bathing suit, which felt really awkward and embarrassing.

When I am in Sioux Falls, SD I will almost always choose this place if I am there for an event. The rooms are clean, staff is nice and it is in a very central location close to everything you need.
