This hotel is average at best. Great location. Public areas and room could be cleaner and maintained better. Bathtub didn’t drain well and towel holders in bath were gone.

Very friendly staff, very helpful to find dinner location.

Overall a great stay

This hotel is in a great location. Staff was helpful in getting us to kid friendly activities nearby. The on-site restaurant has tasty food and friendly staff.

I was underwhelmed by our room. Needed serious “good” updates for the price we paid. Looks like they tried but didn’t hit target. The lobby was cluttered and felt really messy.

Breakfast was good! Room needs some updates. Very dark and kind of drabby. Multiple light bulbs missing!

Room was clean. Entry and hallways have strange odor.

The hotel entry, lobby, elevator and hallways we disgustingly dirty. The room itself wasn’t too dirty, but the bathroom had dirty shoe marks on the tile so it was clear that it hadn’t been mopped for a while. I would not recommended this hotel.

Very clean. Breakfast had alot of choices. Staff was very helpful on walk to take to Sioux Falls Park. Beautiful scenery of the river.

Comfortable, clean and a good breakfast.

Location is good and the price was great for a one night stay. If staying longer, there are better options in area. Hotel complex and rooms needed an update.

The hotel was outdated and dirty. It did not match what was photographed on the website. It was a disappointment and a very uncomfortable stay for me and my family.

Great parking close to the downtown area, which was easy to walk to. Place is definitely showing it's age though. Biggest issue was the floorboards of our room, and the room above, were very loud. Some renovation is definitely needed.

Floors in common areas are dirty. Outside doors are dirty sidewalks around property is gross....

No place to park on property.
