Room keys never work. Could use a more variety of breakfasts items Otherwise handy for visiting the hospital

Rooms were exactly as described. Our rooms had updated bathrooms, clean sheets and the beds were really comfortable. Would 100% stay again if we’re traveling through.

Could have more breakfast items

Room was not the cleanest. On the second floor and except some noise but it sounded like a herd of cows until 3am.

Room smelled like mildew as soon as we walked through the threshold, luckily we only stayed one night. It’s cheap for a reason but moldy mildew is a pretty basic standard that should be fixed immediately. I don’t know how their staff would not notice it when it’s immediately evident as soon as you enter the room. Room cards barely work consistently, I would have to swipe 4-8 times to finally get into the building and then again for the room door which is less than ideal during a severe storm.

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. Breakfast was basic but did include boiled eggs, yogurt, some oranges, and a couple kinds of cereal and bread.

Hall doors slam so hard they jolt you awake at night. Paper thin walls and ceilings mean you hear other guests walking and yelling. Baseboards around the room falling away from walls. Box spring covers dirty and carpets not cleaned behind beds so debris and bugs. Shower head didn’t work well. Mattress was lumpy. Breakfast very sparse and cheap. At least I got the Expedia discount as it truly wasn’t worth the full price. Only basic tv channels.

This hotel is very dated; no elevators, and everything looks like it was from the 90's or early 2000's. Staff was helpful and parking was convenient though.

Handy to Sanford. Short distance to main entrance. So handy and everything else was adequate. It is not fancy but so handy.

Clean room and close to downtown

The rooms are always clean during my stays, lobbies and hallways as well. The staff are friendly and easy to contact. Beds are comfy, cool, and clean.

This is an older hotel but was very clean, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Check in and check out was quick. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. It was very quiet. Next to a residential area and close to a medical facility as well as tourist attractions such as Old Courthouse Museum, Pettigrew House and the beautiful falls. Breakfast was typical simple breakfast but area was clean. Room had a refrigerator. Great value and would stay here again.
