Valley Inn

The rooms are always clean during my stays, lobbies and hallways as well. The staff are friendly and easy to contact. Beds are comfy, cool, and clean.

Second time we have stayed! We love this location!

This is an older hotel but was very clean, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Check in and check out was quick. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. It was very quiet. Next to a residential area and close to a medical facility as well as tourist attractions such as Old Courthouse Museum, Pettigrew House and the beautiful falls. Breakfast was typical simple breakfast but area was clean. Room had a refrigerator. Great value and would stay here again.

It was a nice little place to sleep for the night nothing crazy but clean and convenient

No shops. However, the location was within 2-12 miles from anywhere we needed to go so enjoyed that fact.

Ok for just one night close to sanford

Great rates for summer season. Quiet, clean and convenietly located.

Our room was clean and beds were good, temp in room was good. The only complaint was the granola was apparently old and the English muffins were so hard I could not cut them. The eggs were good and bagels were soft and good.

Our stay for 1 night was perfect! Bed and covers were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and has a soap bar plus I brought my own Shampoo & Conditioner, so I didn’t need their 2-in-1 but I was glad to see they had a little bottle for those who might need one if they forgot. Price for the hotel was less than a $100 & next door to a Hospital in case of any emergencies, so it was well worth it. This is my second time coming to Sioux Falls and my second time at this hotel. Definitely recommend it!

I am disabled and this hotel is not ADA friendly by any sense of the word. Arrived at the hotel and could hardly get into the building and shortly after arriving was told my reservation wasn't going to work since I was in a chair and the only rooms they had available were on the 2nd or 3rd floor with no elevator access. I requested a ground floor room or ADA room simply because I am disabled. When I asked the person what could be done he said I guess you will have to cancel the reservation (no cancellation policy) and go elsewhere. I told him almost everything else was sold out and we were 3+ hours away from home. He finally said I guess we will have to upgrade you to a suite. You could tell by his body language and tone of voice he was not happy about it. Again the room we were put in was not ADA friendly and very hard to get into. Come check out time there was no one at the desk to voice my concerns to and had to call on a phone which the person who answered said she was walking in the door and would be right there....never showed up. When we were leaving we saw the employee outside talking on her phone....so much for customer service. I wouldn't stay at this hotel ever again even if it was free. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

For the price it was a good pla e to stay.

This hotel really impressed us. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and very roomy. Check-in was awesome, seems the gal that checked us in is from our homemade. Highly recommend

Staff was super helpful. We accidentally left a IPad behind and the owner/staff promptly sent it to our home. We enjoyed the stay and are grateful for the help. Highly recommend this hotel.
