Breakfast “buffet” is an upscale continental breakfast. Quality food and nice selection, but not a proper buffet.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the rest of the property was very well taken care of.

It is definitely an exceptional restful and enjoyable experience. GPS took me right to the location but I apparently didn’t see the Hotel sign😂. Thought I was at wrong place. I would highly recommend it as it’s great at providing safety features and great convenient parking. Room was comfortable and every amenity you could want was provided .

We have been staying at the Highpoint since it opened. Always appreciate the attentive staff...Tatyana, Melissa, Mindy and the person who prepares the breakfast. They all go out of their way to make sure all our needs are met. They welcome us with a smile and make us feel very welcome. Alex in the bar took good care of us and engaged our grandsons in great conversation.

We had a pleasant stay, we just had a hard time adjusting the ac. The front desk was nice but they don’t smile at guests, not a big deal though, just an observation. Parking space was fine, it was close to the hotel.

Beautiful new hotel with crisp and clean rooms. Lots of light and big windows. Amenities (such as pool, spa or great onsite restaurants) are lacking but the property is excellent if you are looking for a quiet, no-frills experience. Staff is super-nice and accommodating. Big shout out to Jadea, Melissa, Conner and Karl. This was our second stay at this hotel and we would book again next time we are in town!

Looks like a brand new facility that's located within the children's hospital. The lobby is in 4th floor with entrance that's not obvious. Once at the 4th floor hotel lobby, it is spacious.

Hotel was spotless. Only issue was not clear signage of hotel name on building making it difficult to find.

Everything about the Highpoint is excellent. Clean. Great staff. Lovely rooms. Free parking. Great rates.

Highpoint is fabulous! So clean it sparkles. Staff was very efficient and friendly. The hotel is relatively new and everything is very well thought out. We loved our room. It looked exactly like the pictures online and it was a tremendous value for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Sioux Falls area. You’ll be glad you stayed with them.

Our room whistled when the door was shut-like a wind tunnel. It was very loud! We were able to mute it by shoving a towel under the door, but it was very difficult to sleep.
