Customer service was top tier, very accommodating for travelers with children.

Staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast could be a little better; the warm foods were on the cooler side, and the layout of the breakfast could be better organized. Definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed at in awhile; will stay again if needed to stay overnight there.

Staff were very attentive and helpful

The next time we stayed there the room was on the first floor. The door was not latched. We were told the maids were the last to enter. The maids should be sure the door latches when the maids exit a room. We asked to be moved- however it was up on 3 and had a bathtub shower. I requested a “shower” room (handicap room) because I didn’t was to fall again. No shower for me the next morning. Not happy with my experience at this particular home 2 suites.

Great location if needing a hotel next to Sanford hospital. Very clean. Seems understaffed at times, but seems to be the norm lately. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great location next to the hospital and the surgical towers. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good.

Nice and clean

This place far exceeded my expectations. It checks all the boxes and then some. The real star of the show however was the front desk agent Alyssa. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how amazing she was. Courteous, informative, efficient, and just an overall good person. Definitely will book again.

The hotel signage and messaging made a big deal about dogs being welcome, but they didn't advertise the $50 fee, plus $5 tax. That was a nasty surprise. Otherwise he room was comfortable and well-appointed, though the sliding bathroom door was weird and looked worn.

Great staff, Clean rooms, very pet friendly, couldn't ask for a better place to stay!
