Located in the heart of Skagway. Easy and clean. Lovely place to stay. Q

Sam was very nice and did her best to help. It's "interesting" but i do not recommend.

Their home made breakfast is quite delicious.

Friendly staff and accommodating. Cozy but small rooms so consolidate your luggage. Great downtown location to restaurants, bars and tour information. Highly recommend this cozy little Inn.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and took me to my room and explained everything. Breakfast was simple, but good. One thing to note. This is a former Brothel, and bathrooms are shared. There approximately 8 rooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 2-piece downstairs. There was no issue with availability when we needed to use it.

The location was perfect, the mornings were made so cheerful by the wonderful Astrid, the room was comfortable and clean.

Good mattress. A little tight for luggage but doable. Decent food. The show was very good and made for a fun afternoon.

There was a landslide on the only road into Skagway , it was blocked could not get in . Called the hotel after we finally found a number left a message with the owner, emailed the owner several times never got a phone call back never got a email back but got charged for our two nights, heard from several other people staying at other hotels in town all of them got calls from hotel staff informing them of the landslide and worked with them on thier reservations, I would highly recommend staying away from this place

The breakfast was excellent. The decor was great. The staff we interacted with were friendly and took extra time to try to meet our needs. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the shared bathroom was going to be between our two rooms; rather than shared with everyone when we registered on website. Otherwise there wasn't anything we didn't like. And we were able to upgrade to one of the bedrooms with a powder room which met our most pressing needs.

It was difficult to find in a fairly small town. Poor signage. Locals didn’t know where to look for it as it is that forgettable. Rooms were clean but paper thin walls. We could hear conversations in the next room very clear. Beds were squeaky and saggy.

The whole ambiance of the place and its history; the room decor; the delicious breakfast; the lovely raised bed garden; the location, right in the heart of town!

The location is perfect. At the edge of town, close enough to walk easily to everything you need - shops, restaurants, etc., but not completely in the noisy midst of tourist activity. The room was small and quaint (as expected), but cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the fresh, new towels and wonderful water pressure in the shower. The hotel management friendly and very accommodating, offering to pick us up and drop us off at our travel destinations in town (airport and ferry). Breakfast was lovely.

historic so the external bathroom was an understandable feature. Shutting everything at 4pm was not what I expected however! A hotel that charges a high price to stay (at least in my books) but provides no restaurant or bar in the evening when the rooms are all full is not trying hard enough. No explaination from the owner other than it is what it is! Luckily his attitude was more than compensated by the other staff, particularly those at breakfast who helped you start the day with a smile. Worth a visit certainly but dont expect too many frills!!!

We stayed there and the room was cute and felt like a period piece. The breakfast was excellent! Breakfast burrito, hashbrowns and strawberries. Great stay and lots of charm.

Also no A/C anywhere and so hot inside the room which we can not able to sleep at night. Also breakfast is so little, small quantity and fixed served, no buffet We would not recommend looking to the high price.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was great. We understand that you can't change the physical facility but having to walk down the hall to the bathroom in the middle of the night is inconvenient and is the only drawback to your establishment.

We were so impressed by how kind and helpful the staff was. The hotel has a cute and cozy boutique vibe and embraces the exotic history of the building.
