The restaurant was amazing for brunch and supper .Jamie was an excellent host and Carissa was an amazing waitress . Both were so thoughtful and very friendly and helpful

It was a beautiful experience.

We were given a room at our request on the first floor which was essential for my wife who suffers from arthritis and can't easily climb stairs. (There is no elevator) The room was perfect and even included a small stop top and refrigerator which we used. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I wish the price were lower but the charges for this hotel in this location at this time of the year are not unreasonable. We keep returning each year and enjoy it every time.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and cozy! The location was very easy to walk around town and get to/from the ferry. The view from the outside balcony isn’t bad either!They even offer a shuttle to pick you up or drop you off at the ferry terminal. The staff is amazing!

Good hotel in Skagway. Comfortable room. Only reason not 5 stars is the toilets got a bit plugged easily and no Internet in rooms. Would stay again

Great hotel with vintage decor, but updated amenities. We were greeted by a long-time staff member (20+ years), which speaks volumes itself. Had a lovely time.

This is an older hotel but very well maintained, with a historic look--e.g. pressed tin ceilings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
