Tv should be more centered had to get up to watch it. The fenale clerk was beyond friendly kind of made my night even greeted us in the morning with the same happiness after a 8 hour sleep

The staff are very helpful. They made my stay memorable.

Don’t stay here if you value your safety. My boyfriend and I were followed into the hotel by a sketchy man and noticed he was trying to see what room we were staying in. Later that night we heard a very loud and concerning female scream from our floor. We tried to go back to sleep and then around 6am we heard another loud female squeal. I’m not one to complain but we were very concerned about our safety and switched hotels for our second night even though we couldn’t get a refund here. SCARY.

Clean room. Friendly staff.

Internet was difficult to sign onto and maintain from one day to the next. The bedding was lovely, but there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Enjoyed the big easychair in the bedroom. Staff at front desk was very friendly and coffee was excellent.

Several men outside smoking. I was greeted at the counter by a lovely staff member who was super nice and friendly. The room was NOT well maintained, very old. There was no door on the closet, just a curtain, the paint was chipped through the whole room. Although this was supposed to be a non-smoking room the heavy odor of perfume could not hide the smell of old smoke. I did not feel safe in this hotel and moved to another and am waiting on my refund.

I made friends with the staff, and they made my stay even more enjoyable. My overall experience was amazing. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit New York City. The location is excellent, and everything feels new, clean, and well-maintained.

The room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. Did not serve the normal breakfast food that I was expecting. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms are quiet, spacious and mostly well-maintained. Some minor distractions were pieces of a bar of soap obscuring the bathroom sink’s drain, a slow drain in the tub that allowed the dirty water to accumulate faster than it could drain out and no ice machine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty and outdated.

The front desk person was nice The place is run down, the sink was cracked and moldy. There were people smoking directly at the entrance. I didn’t feel safe.

Good property. Well maintained.

Avoid room 346. Everyone smokes below the window and the windows won't seal. They were kind enough to switch me to a room with no cigarette smoke. The tub drained very slowly in both bathrooms.

It was the cheapest in the area but more expensive then hotels I've paid for in other states. When I asked for room to be cleaned on day 2, the lady basically said no.

Clean room

The room was clean and because it is a extended stay. It would someone who is in town for more than a day. The room was clean and the staff was very very nice and attentive.

Just very outdated hotel.

General manager and assistant manager failed to keep guests request. Then chastised guest due to a domestic issue and claimed to have called me and left a voicemail which I never received. Then went to confront me and continue to chastise me. Horrible experience, I do not recommend coming here. Fridge did not work most of the food was spoiled and lacked the bare minimum for necessities.
