Convenient location. Great price. No frills. But rooms were well maintained and comfortable.

I loved that my room had a mini kitchenette. Including a big refrigerator (I expected the mini one), a sink, a microwave and cabinet space. I didn't expect that. The breakfast is pretty much a continental breakfast consisting of breakfast bars, oatmeal packets, muffins, coffee and tea. Which wasn't bad but minimal.

this has nothing to do with the hotel, but the road construction in the area is brutal

Overall a good experience. Would have been a better experience if hot breakfast was served ,not the grab & go one

Not well

Beds are horrible need better beds. I had to go to the hospital because my back was hurting so bad. I’m sleeping on the bed.

They did return my money for the deposit

In the description of the hotel it said breakfast was included. This only meant pre wrapped items and not any cooked food or any fruit.

This place is what you would expect for the price point. The room was clean, but things in the room were dated and not pristine condition. The amenities were minimal. The walls were thin. The location is good. It is close to another hotel that has a restaurant/bar on site across the parking lot and the Old Orchard mall is across the overpass with lots of dining and shopping options.

Morning front desk staff is a wonderful asset to your team. Cheerful, professional and attentive to detail.

A bit dated but clean. The fire alarm was set off multiple times due to people attempting to cook in their rooms.

You're employee in the front was unprofessional and racist. I waited for ten minutes. Instead of apologizing she was rude and refused to serve me. You're unprofessional employer you hired to work the front desk she should be fired because you lost a customer for life.

Didn’t like wooden floors in room

We were on the first floor and when we open the drapes there was an individual standing in front of the window. Not a worker from the hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the best part the shower was great. Water gets nice and hot and pressure is steady. There was a kitchenette but we only stayed for a day so we didn’t use it. Full fridge nice sized tv and an ironing board. Great budget hotel. Would stay again

It was avery comfortable room, loved being on the first floor! Close to breakfast, very convenient grab and go! Loved the full sized fridge and freezer. Overall all an amazing stay!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. They tried to make our stay the best possible. were responsive to any needs. There was a smell in the hallways and in the room as if it were an old hotel, even though on the exterior it did not look old. The microwave did not work off the bat, but the staff was quick to give us a replacement one, a brand new one. The beds were not extremely comfortable, but not horrible. The refrigerator was old and had side handles on both sides of the door, so we did not know off the bat which side it opened from. None of the kitchen utensils or cookware was in the room; you have to ask for it. The shower, even though the water got hot right away, was designed so that the water spilled into the rest of the bathroom as it did not have a dedicated well.
