It was a very ice stay.
-
Room smell bad and the refrigerator did not work.
-
The cleanness and the location. Near restaurants and shopping.
-
Clean and in a great location. Nothing.

I recommend it 100%

They shampooed the carpets earlier in the day, and since their AC units draw in outside air and it was a damp, rainy day, the combination left a strong odor in the room. The front desk gave us a spray bottle of air freshner which helped some. Other than that, a great stay.

Carpets need cleaning, the smell was stale.
-
It was wonderful. A great hotel and friendly staff, a really good breakfast.

It took an hour and a half for engine to get the information to the Fairfield despite me receiving confirmation within a few minutes. Completely unacceptable performance by the engine management team. When my company reaches out to me for feedback engine will NOT get a favorable review!!! .!..

This was a very nice place to stay. We loved the room, the pool, and the breakfast. It was in great condition, and the staff was very friendly. It was near many outlet stores and restaurants.

Nothing We paid twice for 1 night and didn't even get a room. We called the front desk on a room reservation to change the room reservation to the next night and were assured by Nicole at the front desk that the reservation had been changed to the next night. We got to the hotel about 8:45 and were told that there were no reservations and there was no availability, We then went online which said that there were 3 rooms available so we booked and paid for the room for the second time, went back to register and was told again that they were full. So we paid twice for the room that night and never got a room. We traveled for another 2 hours before we got a room at 11:45 that night. We were on the road for 11 + hours that day! For the last 10 years or so we have stayed at that hotel a minimum of 4 nights on our way down and back to Florida.
