Parking in the evenings became and issue when multiple semi-trucks were taking up most of the parking spots.

Close by, easy on an off 95, breakfast was out with donuts, coffee and other non cooked items, for those that left early! Not enough parking

Hotel is very clean, the included breakfast was good- eggs, sausage or bacon, sometimes biscuits and gravy, always pancakes were available, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice. They don't come everyday to tidy your room and I actually prefer that. I was there for 5 days and they came 2x to see if I needed new towels, I'm fine with that too. Didn't go into pool, but people were enjoying it so I assume it was fine. Staff is friendly!!!

Very nice breakfast with many options

The air conditioning units are garbage. They are set on thermostats that are programmed to only go within a 6* range. It is also set on some kind of motion detection so if there is no motion then the temperature goes up. When I go to sleep I do not want my room to be hot I would like it cool. We had a room for about 4hrs and it never cooled down. They were great and switched us rooms and it took that room I don’t know how long to start cooling down and then in the middle of the night had to reset the thermostat again to cool as no motion was detected so it went back warm again. The fan didn’t hardly blow either so that does not help cool things down when you can’t move air throughout the room. The rest was great that is my complaint.

Night staff was AMAZING! The two ladies were extremely kind and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. I disliked that there was several problems with breakfast and from what I understand that’s included but ur paying for it anyways.There was no bacon, the sausage was super burnt, omelets were cold and no alternative if you didn’t want veggies in them, and the pancake machine was not making the pancakes correctly. They looked like blobs. We ended up going to Bob Evans, which was incredibly delicious.

Room was updated and clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Highly recommended.

The only thing that I didn't like was that it was too noisy while I was trying to sleep. I could hear people upstairs running. I could also hear conversations the people across the hall and next door were having. The walls are very thin. The breakfast was excellent though. The room was clean. Parking was good. The staff was very nice.

Best breakfast we had on our trip! Great variety (carbs, protein, hot, cold, Greek yogurt…) and our kids thought the pancake machine was fantastic 😁 Also the rooms were clean, neat and helpfully laid out. The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful.

The property was very clean and refreshing to be in. The staff was very pleasant and very kind. The indoor pool was cold, not a complaint just a heads up. It was clean and fun to relax in.

We always stay at a Holiday Inn express wherever we travel. Staff very friendly . Easy check in and out
