Overall I was satisfied with my stay with the exception of the cat out back on the patio, it seems as if an employee took it in as a pet because it has food trays for the cat to eat and drink, I wanted to sit out back and relax but couldn’t do so because I am allergic to cat hair and he was sitting on the patio furniture out back,

The pool was the only reason I booked this hotel, and it was closed during my stay because they put in chemicals. Really put a damper on our family trip.

The location off of 95 was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was basic and probably a 5/10. We had two rooms as there were 5 of us. We arranged in advance for them to be next to one another. Upon check-in they would only provide 1 room key for each room which I thought was odd.

Loved my stay at the Tru. Great location for shopping or just to relax. The staff was so helpful and nice. A great environment and felt safe which is nice when traveling. I would def stay there again.

Friendly people but had no clue to give refunds. The beds are awful at least in my room 308 I still have a pending charge on my card

Great front of the house staff. But should have put an end to the foul mouthed pool game going on. Not the best way to be greeted with bad language at a volume that was heard by anyone. Kids running around, pot smoking in the parking lot, no microwave in the room, and an uncomfortable bed

The hotel and staff was wonderful did have small issue with getting bed changed but it was taken care of quickly.
