Lovely staff, very helpful and let us have a late checkout as we were 24 hours late arriving. On e of the cheaper options available I. Snowbird Room was on the small side. And a bit of a walk to lifts

nice montains in snowbird room was to the street which is quite busy, cars and especially trucks crawling up the hill, waste truck coming at around 6 in the morning almost every day, in principle lots of space in the room but all occupied by big chairs and a table and small side rooms, interior is from around 1980 and shows considerable wear, head of the bed smells strongly of plastic (fake brown leather). Shower in bathroom gets about half of the water since the rest is spilling in the main outlet of the bathtub, etc.

The staff, the amazing view, the rooms. My bed was the most firm bed I have ever slept on. I am surprised they had one that firm in a hotel. Some might love that, but I do not.

The pool and the coffee/tea area from the hotel were really nice. The location was also good, close to Snowbird Center It didn’t worth the money. The rooms were clean and spacious but the furniture was old.

The staff is very friendly and room is fine. Though we did not get a room facing the mountain but I guess this is just chance. The room is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is also nice. We travel with an infant so this really helped. The food in the resort is kind of expensive (quality is fine though). Choices are kind of limited if not going to the fancy dining places there. Could have bought something to cook given the nice kitchen. It was not absolutely clear about the housekeeping service. The calls will be picked up only during specific working hours. We ended up waiting for one day and had it addressed by the front desk. Could do better.

The property is located in the heart of Snowbird. It was easy to access the amenities, hiking trails, etc. Room was clean but dated. Needs a refresh for a higher rating.
