Place was great! Super friendly staff, great room nice stay

The staff was super helpful and friendly, breakfast was decent, beds were comfortable, but the pillows were lacking. The room itself had some issues with cracking around the tub and doorways.

Very clean comfortable rooms. One of the better breakfasts I have been to. Eggs, bacon, biscuits n gravy, waffles,bagels toast n Cereals. Nice hotel

very clean room. the people at the front desk were excellent . we unfortunately could not try the breakfast as our very tired 2 grandkids did not get up till around 10am... they a/c in the room was great as well

Clean and quiet

Yes, staff was good , the room was clean it was a little dated . I had a accessible room but it really wasnt wheelchair friendly but we made the most of it . Hvac worked fine.

Rooms were clean, beds could use new boxsprings. Staff was very friendly and gave us information about surrounding things to do. Over all pleased with our stay!

Staff was kind and the room was clean

The staff is courteous and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The first room they put us in had a huge dip in the floor on the second level. Like huge enough that the dresser leaned away from the wall and the drawer stayed open. We weren't actually sure the building is structurally sound. The staff did address this concern and moved us to a better room at the end of the hall but the floors are all squeaky when you walk.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, quiet. Shower water pressure weak, elevator in strange location, no place to lounge outside.

Bathroom floor and tub stained, made it appear unclean. Room just a bit rundown

The people and location are the best! The building needs to be renovated. A/C barely worked, the bath tub was slippery-scary for older people. The drawers had to be taped shut because the floor slants enough to make it slide open. Again, a hazard for senior citizens. But the people!!! They are great.

Got bit by bed bugs & no encasements on the bed. For the price I paid it’s unacceptable.

Breakfast was amazing! We come through every April and we have stayed here the past 2 years!

The room was dated. Dirty and I was here for business. At 10p a woman started knocking several times on my door despite me saying you have the wrong door. She appeared to be there “working” and I eventually had to get up go closer to the door and demand she stop knocking on the door as she had the wrong door. Not the safest looking hotel and the dated and dirty rooms was very disappointing.

Unfortunately we had to check out of our room as soon as we walked in. There was mold on the curtains and it smelled horrible. They beds were made but dishoveled. The hotel needs a remodel and air freshner. The staff was very nice however she did not seem fazed by the mold in our room.
