Parking great, hotel great, very clean. Nothing bad to say about the entire stay. 10 out of 10!

The pool was cold. Not heated and nasty. We asked for them to heat it and they refused. Not comfy. Basic for an expensive hotel. Everything. Mainly the pool and how clean it was.

Very clean. Good location. Parking was a bit crowded, ended up having to park at back of the building both nights. Our room was great. Close to many stores and restaurants. Didn’t use the pool but the area looked clean.

We enjoyed how clean and well kept the property was. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. We arrived at our reservation 30-45 minutes past time due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were very accommodating. N/A

Nice staff, great location My two grandsons who shared a bed, while my daughter and I shared another. My two grandsons had bed bug bites all over their body. The first night my youngest grandson had a few so we thought it was just a rash or something and dismissed it even though my other grandson had a few as well. The second morning both had bites all over them. We took them to the ER and the doctor told my daughter that it was bed bugs. We have pictures and documentation from the ER confirming it was bed bugs. I complained to the hotel but since I booked through a third party they were unable to refund and compensate my money for the room. Now we’re stuck with a hotel payment that had bed bugs and now a ER VISIT. Smh…. We chose this location because we’ve stayed there many times and it was great. But I’m so disappointed in our stay this time.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, good location, good free parking. A little on the expensive side compared to other local hotels, but definitely the best one in Somerset, Kentucky.

It was a Marriott and I felt safe They threatened us with not having the room we booked and not being able to change the room to one they had before finally getting a room

The food was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Worked Then Ed was HORRIBLE and the staff was hateful

We could not get the room temperature adjusted to address a comfortable temperature as it was either too hot or too cold all night. When I was making my reservations, I signed in on my Hilton Honors website, and it took me to your hotel sight. I thought it strange it referred to Booking.com but I ignored that. I checked the price of your hotel, and it was comparable to what Hilton Honors cost, so I book the room and again ignored the Booking.com. The final outcome was your charge $159. with added taxes and cost resulting the final being $181.00. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told somehow, I was routed to a third party for booking and I should be more careful next time!
