Aladdin Inn

This was an absolutely horrendous experience—possibly the worst of my life. This place more closely resembles a cheap motel than a proper inn. I felt completely unsafe, as anyone could freely access the building since all side doors were left open all night. During my first night, there was constant door slamming, and people were coming and going at all hours. When we checked, the lobby reeked of smoke, despite it being advertised as a non-smoking establishment. The hallways reeked of marijuana. On the second night, the noise from the people upstairs—stomping, pacing, moving furniture—was relentless. We contacted the front desk, but the noise persisted. To make matters worse, I couldn't sleep, and while tossing and turning, I found a bug in my pillow. I turned on the light and was shocked to see my bed swarming with bed bugs. We documented this with pictures and videos. When we checked the other bed, it was just as infested. Now I am covered in bites. We left the hotel with our kids and belongings at 1a.m., forced to sleep in the car because it was nearly impossible to find another hotel on the Fourth of July weekend. This entire stay has completely ruined our vacation, forcing us to cut it short. I would never recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. I have pictures of all the bedbug bites in case you want to see them. You guys should not advertise a cheap motel like this one.

Great bunch of people working there. Room was spotless, and the grounds are very clean considering the traffic there. It's a very busy area. Would stay there again

Breakfast options were surprisingly rich. The bed and the room had a strong urine smell.

Parking was abysmal, a lot of folks not staying there took up the guest Parking. At first glance it looked nice but after climbing into bed we found some medical trash in the bed. Plumbing is alarming. But the desk staff is awesome!

Had a family emergency about an hour after checking in early. Called for a refund and instead of a refund they have now charged me more than what the booking was for. I will be filing a fraud case with my banking institution.

Be careful because homeless people are getting sent there from the court and getting to live there. Lots of shady stuff going on outside in the parking lot. Working on junker cars and guys pulling window screens off. Yuck

People are nice. Nice selection for free breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. N/a

Great price, clean room, clean bathtub, and staff was very nice. Can't ask for much more. Not for that price.

It was a great spot to stay overnight if you’re exploring Sonora.

Warning to anyone thinking of staying here not to accept Rm 131. We have stayed here a number of times, now the corporation that bought the place wants to charge you $20. extra to check in early, we tried 30 minutes early, refused to pay. We won’t be staying here again.
