Elevator has been down for a while I’ve stayed here twice and has not been repaired.

Room was clean and quite large but slightly dated. Card reader on door has seen better days. It generally took several attempts to unlock the door. Staff were extremely friendly and seemed truly concerned with our satisfaction. Free breakfast was bland but sufficient so I can’t complain. This review only covers a single night’s stay.

Second, we had booked two queen beds but apprarently they only have “two double beds”. Third, they took over 20 minutes at the counter to check us in. Very dry staff.

Felt a bit weary. When we walked in hallway there was a strong smell of urine. Otherwise room was clean. Grounds were kept. Buffet was well stocked. Staff was friendly.

The property is well maintained. The pool was refreshing. The complimentary breakfast had good choices and good flavor. The room was clean and comfortable. An enjoyable stay! My "go to" hotel in Jackson!

Loved the location as it was about 5-10 minutes to restaurants, close to stores like Safeway & Walmart, and close to little downtown shops. The room was clean and spacious, but the toilet wasn’t bolted down and rocked a little. Unfortunately we had a view of the road, but luckily the traffic noise was minimal. Breakfast was good and we loved the women who managed to keep the food from running out. Overall it was a good experience.

Newly renovated and clean. No elevator; steep stairs to lug heavy luggage up and down.

Disappointing stay! Rooms could use a refresh. Water in bathroom smelled of mildew. The pool wasn’t heated. Coffee and breakfast food was terrible! On a positive note, the beds were comfortable.

Quiet and close to restaurants and other places that we could visit Check in wait time was longer than expected we were tired and needed to rest

Very content with second room but left us wondering if the first gal stuck us over in the crappy room because we booked thru Expedia and not direct with BW? If so, pretty scrappy. We are long time premier Expedia members and should be treated the same if not better than any paying customers.

Breakfast area very nice.. and clean I was asked upon check in if I wanted the room cleaned the next day since we were staying 2 nites,and I said yes. We were gone almost all day the next day and the room was not cleaned up.. we didnt get back till after 6pm so it was too late to have it done then.. other than that, the room was clean and comfortable the day we arrived.. thank you to Julian who helped bring our luggage up the stairs, since their was no elevator. Also, I think it would be helpful to suggest dining places in the area, since there were none on site.
