This is the perfect little hotel suite that was very clean and very spacious. The staff was great! Slightly beginning to get outdated but it's perfect for what we needed! We will be back again. Also the hot breakfast was delicious!

Location, the kitchenette option, the layout of the room. Cleaness, courtesy of the reception personnel, decent breakfast options, great value for the price.

We loved our stay at Smart Suites. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room very clean. Breakfast had fresh fruit. (Also, the Italian restaurant next door was excellent, with extremely reasonable pricing. They do real cooking of delicious Italian food).

Room smelled of pets which I don't like, but they offer here which I am sure is a plus for many. Room was clean, but the details were not clean enough. Beds were comfy. Parking was good. Staff was incredible. Breakfast was fair.

Everything you needed at your fingertips and the staff absolutely amazing! Kudos to the administration as well. They take a card for incidentals but they don’t charge it. As opposed to most places now that take money from your card which you may get back anywhere from 2-4 weeks. It was so refreshing to see human decency again. Nothing that I didn’t like

Parked in the side parking lot and there was partying and people loitering there all night long. Very sketchy vibe.

Staff was fine. Room was fine. Bed was comfy enough for one night. Breakfast was, eh. I guess I was hoping for real maple syrup at least. The older gentleman helping with breakfast was AMAZING.

This hotel could be better if the side entry/exit door latch properly and the sofa mattress is upgraded to better quality that guest can at least sleep.
