Place was run down, things where not replaced. Said there was a pool, but couldn't go it was closed. Bathroom too small. Not worth the price. A/c was dirty and not clean. No breakfast offered

My room was huge, clean, quiet, dark at night, and the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately, the tv remote didn't work, so couldn't watch tv, there was no in-room coffee, and the pool looked like it had never been opened this season, even though it was advertised. Outside was rundown, but there was work being done on it. It served my purpose, which was to get a quiet night sleep in a decent room.

My room was huge, clean, nice, and quiet. The mattress was comfortable. The remote for the TV didn't work and there was no in-room coffee, which I was expecting. I wasn't planning on going in the pool, but it was closed and looked like it had never been opened. Outside was dated and rundown, but there were people there working on it.

I’m currently staying at the Travelodge by Wyndham South Burlington. One of the primary reasons I booked this property was because it advertised an outdoor swimming pool. After a four-hour drive with my daughter, we arrived expecting to enjoy the pool, only to find it completely covered and unusable. There was no indication during booking that the pool was closed. My daughter was extremely disappointed, and frankly so was I. It set the tone for our entire stay before we had even unpacked. Beyond the unavailable pool, the property’s overall condition has been disappointing and far below what I expect from a Wyndham-branded hotel. I’m requesting that Wyndham review this property’s listing and provide an appropriate gesture of goodwill for the misrepresentation and disappointing experience.

Pretty much everything. The room was not as pictured, there was no housekeeping... This is not a hotel, it's a motel.
-
Not much. Just the free parking. Everything: smelly room, dirt left in place, clogged bathtub, missing furniture, peeling paints, no blinders, uncomfortable bed, no elevator, dangerous stairs with damaged cover. The whole place need a serious renovation. Insane price for this bad customer experience. Do not understand the booking rating .

The location to Burlington was good. We booked lodging with our dog; were told they did not allow pets, then they let us stay with our lab for a $25 fee. No table & chairs in otherwise large room, no coffee maker, no iron (but there was an ironing board), and individuals hanging outside at night.
-
Burlington in general is a pretty safe place. The picture of the hotel is not the most realistic. Hotel looks regular in pics but in reality is trashy, room smelled like a second hand store and we found stains in the bedding and hair on the tub and dirty qtips on the trash can. Not staying there never again

I only got about 5 minutes of hot water, my room had no TV service and the pool was not in service. I paid almost 200 for that room, when really it was about worth 50. I would love my money back
