There’s no refrigerator or no microwave not a lot of charging outlets it is clean there was no hot water

This is not a room you will want to stay at no hot water bed was cheap and manager attitude is terrible no room service clean sheets towels everything I asked for was a no/ I was given and excuse pillow were old complained and requested refund 45 mins later and was told to come back in the morning

Staff requested a $50 deposit. I did not have cash on me but asked if thcepted credit cards. She said yess but asvised thay the credit

You get what you pay for. Cheap room, expect something to go wrong. Had originally booked a deluxe room I think it was, (more space) but had to downgrade due to no elevator for a wheelchair bound husband. 2nd room was smaller and that’s where the issue started. Dead roaches on the floor and ant trail on the sink and up the walls. Notified guy at check in, he grabbed a can of raid and sprayed it all over the counter and wiped it off. He cleaned up what roaches were left and then left. When I check the sink again, I saw more ants coming from the overflowed part of the sink, n
