They didn’t want to clean the room when we asked they had assigned days . My child spilled a cup of juice we used these towel to clean and they stated they would be taking it out of my deposit because they don’t wash they’re towels overalls would never stay there ever again the WiFi dose not work an they just tell you over an over it’s getting fixed

The room was dirty, the smell to drain was really bad, we found cucarachas adentro del refri y pedimos cambiar de cuarto, el segundo estaba mejor, al menos no olía a caño.

Horrible!!!! My room smell horrible, the parking lot smelled they just pi all over. Noise of the people i think they rent there like monthly not good as you know. Checked out on Sunday and the girl her name was Jackie no customer service horrible

Handsdown the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was there on 10Jul. Key card did not work, I went to reception to fix it only to find a notice there is noone available for 20 mins. I waited, called, even reached out to Expedia because it was mid night. The rude receptionist finally retuned after I wauted outside for over 30mins. He was rude and did not care, saying I put the key card next to my phone and he left a sign that he will be gone for 20 minutes. Worst hotel without a doubt.

The staff was very useful , polite and great service. The property was very dirty outside the bedroom . The bedroom was infested with cockroaches. I had to sleep with all lights all and kill then . When I got out firing the night was a lot more . Next day I request to change the bedroom . The second bedroom they were bigger. The smell in the bedroom was horrible . I got this hotel my mistake . I thought it was in another neighborhood and I read the reviews of another hotel with the same name. I almost get robbed at the bus. Some one told me : grab your purse . That guy will robbe you when the door open. It was a traumatic experience for me . I learn to pay attention not confused hotel .

Horrible! Worst “motel” ever! No amenities onsite at all. No vending/ice machines, laundry facilities including elevator and I was on the third floor. The fabric couch cover was dirty and the box spring was covered in hair. When I went to take a shower, a roach crawled out. I would have canceled but I knew I wouldn’t get a full refund, so I suffered it out. Just to think, I paid to be here. :( I should have been paid to stay there.

To make matters worse, there was no microwave in the room, there was no hot water, and basic amenities were lacking. These are fundamental things that guests expect when paying for a hotel room. Overall, this property appears neglected and poorly managed. Between the cleanliness issues, the lack of hot water, and the missing amenities, I cannot recommend staying here. I would not return.

Sheets were stained and when I asked to get clean ones they said none were available. I didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people that were in my room and still wasn’t able to get more. The 2 days I was there I had to sleep on one sheet not able to keep warm. Then was wrongfully charged due to them having dirty floors.

Staff is very rude always has an attitude and she needs customer service skills. The guys seemed little bit better but considering the establishment being old run down always sketchy and very unsafe not a place you want to take your children or lady

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this is fine. However, based on my own experience, I feel unsafe during my stay.

The air conditioning was not working. The tv did not work. The bed sheets were also torn.
