Gave a 100 dollar cash deposit to the man at front desk, when we checked out at 3 am a different man told us the deposit would be coming into the card that was charged. Now I call back a week later and apparently that will Not be happening and my money is stuck in this hotel.

The one thing that was good about this location was the customer service. Every concern was met immediately and with competence. The location is alright - there is an IHOP right across a parking lot in the back, which is good because there is no coffee service at all - neither in the room nor in the lobby. FYI the pet fee is $20/pet/day, and they also require a $100 cash deposit (ATM and vending machine in the lobby). The pet friendly rooms are on the ground floor and double as the handicap accessible rooms as well. I ended up moving rooms after the very first night there because in the pet friendly room that I had first been put in the box spring mattress had been ravaged over the years and there was a huge hole in the under fabric, which, of course my cats immediately found and crawled into, and did not come out until the morning when I had to lift the mattress up and reach in there for them. No way that’s going on the entire stay. The bathroom door was also coming off of the hinges at the top (stripped). The gentleman at the front desk came, saw both and immediately offered another room (10/10). Also, housekeeping was super cool. But… the second room they moved me into shared a wall with the back of a pupuseria. Their back door was next door to mine - not only were they making noise on and off all day long, but they also parked on top of the handicap accessible ramp in front of my room to load and unload their things. My cats were terrified the entire stay. The rooms are white but the baseboards are filthy (just paint them darker - it really makes the room look bad), and I’m still trying to figure out how outlets get shattered like that (vanity). Never again. The price is decent, staff is friendly and the location doesn’t feel dangerous - there are also some really good restaurants in the area; however, I won’t be back to this spot.

The ac worked very well. The walls in restroom and room were not cleaned. However everything in room was in working order.
