nothing the guy at the front was very rude he refused to rent to my son because when i was checking him in his friend that was with us but was not staying with him i guess had a situation with him in the past that we had no idea of and he refused to rent to my son who is handicap and needed to stay in the area due to doctors appointments it was a huge inconvenience due to they had already charged my card and i still have not got my refund. as you all know refunds take a while we spent 6 hours looking for a alternative place. He was very rude and unprofessional cursing at us things I had no idea what he was talking about.

I didn’t even stay for one night and I payed for 5 nights but they didn’t give me a refund the guy at the front desk said that he would do the refund but never did. I tried to call them but they never answered so I paid for a 5night stay without even staying there for a night. The shared restroom was terrible the toilet was dirty and the rooms where too hot no ac it also stunk and there was a man outside making noise

As you can see in the comments before. When people get off of a plane they expect to be able to go into their rooms, my plane landed at 1 am the hotel would allow us until 3 at 2:30 pm room was still not ready he actually charged us an extra 50 dollars more to go into a room which is absurd when I already paid for my room... Custom service is horrible and they don't know how to talk to people and are very rude... it's not okay to swindle people out of money which he probably pocketed because he didn't give us a receipt but I'm sure it's on camera
