Nice and quiet The pillows

I originally booked for two people by mistake, and the lady at the front desk told me that my child wouldn’t be allowed to stay in that room. Understandably, I looked online and saw that I could rebook for a three person stay, so I asked if that was possible. I was told no, they were booked out, but that wasn’t actually the case. I then went down the street to another hotel because I was just going to accept that she didn’t want us to stay there maybe because of my appearance. I just didn’t appreciate her being rude and not allowing me to rebook a room at the rate she wanted, which I was okay with paying. Overall, I feel like maybe she shouldn’t be working at the front desk given the lack of people skills she displays.

To dirty

The property itself is nice and clean. The staff member at the front desk named Chad was pleasant in my check in interaction. The parking courtyard was conveniently located near the rooms so you can see your car from your room. I felt safe. The area around the place was tightly packed housing with narrow streets. For function 2 night to sleep and location not to far from BMO. I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect for the few days I needed it. Polite staff, no issues whatsoever really. Only real complaint is that the towels given were a little rough

The room itself was very clean. The parking was very nice and accommodating. It had these color changing lights too, which made the room very fun and was very unexpected, in a good way. The bed was comfy too and had nice sheets and blankets. The tv channels were few and far between and I couldn't get it to really work. The one channel we did get was, inappropriate, but I don't think it was their fault.

It was fairly inexpensive Room we booked was supposed to have 2 queen beds, the beds were Full not Queen. Unacceptable.

No hot water in shower. Dirty and stained linens. Hair in the shower. Used toilet paper roll.

How clean and how the owner and his staff are so kind:) Nothing

it’s very comfortable and it nice gives to us other room broken LED light and nothing there sign “Fo not disturb” need add but not really nothing negative.
