Maywood Inn

This is not the same as a hotel chain. For example, no artwork in the room, paint could use a touch up and towels are thin but we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations and very happy with our stay for what we paid. Staff was friendly and filtered water and coffee station were also in the lobby.

It’s okay. Staff is nice and helpful.

On the other hand, we quickly found specks of dirt and random hairs in pretty much all of the linens and around the sink. We wondered if the room had actually been cleaned before we got there. On top of that, the motion sensing lights were more of an annoyance than anything else. The one in the entrance would turn itself on just while we were in the bed trying to fall asleep. How is anybody supposed to sleep like this? The staff member that we called about this wasn't that helpful and just suggested we find a napkin or something else to cover the sensor. There was also one in the bathroom that would wake the other person up immediately if one of us tried to go into the bathroom, no matter how quietly. There were also a lot of sudden, loud noises from the air conditioner and plumbing, but these were easier to get used to than the lights. Would not recommend this place, especially if traveling with others.

Do not stay at this property unless you want no useful things in the room, broken switches, a bed on top a metal box and to share your room with fleas or bed bugs.

This place overall was really good. The spacious room was really clean. Ac was cold. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no fridge in the room nor a microwave in the room. Which was inconvenient for me.

No microwave no fridge other than that, excellent staff, lovely pool..!

Staff is very nice. Rooms are always clean. They also provide shampoo & conditioner. I also love they have a safe.

Absolutely nothing. . Staff is very rude. The rooms don’t have a refrigerator or a microwave and they’re pricy not to have the basics.

Everything was great other than the rooms not having a fridge and them not having any vending machines on the property. I would still go back, though, bc the room was clean and affordable and the staff were all very polite.

Ac was working fine Front desk male was rude!! Needs to work on his customer service!! Then the TV wasn't working someone came in to supposedly fix it and nothing.... We had no TV and the room wasn't as clean as usual ive been coming here for years and this is the only time ive had an issue!!
