Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bell Los Angeles Area

The hotel is family friendly and clean the only problem was that there was black mold in some corners of the bathroom. Other than that it’s one of the best hotels in the area.

Easy check in with no hassle. Parking on site, nice room with comfortable bed cake tv a/c everything you need for a nice stay

If I could have rated this place negative stars I would have! First of all the front desk people are the worse rude and liars. I had my room given to me at almost 11pm when my check in was at 3pm. Once I asked for my room I was promised my room would be given to me in 30 mins and then I waited almost 2hrs more! My room smelled disgusting and the floors were not cleaned. I was promised an upgraded room as an exchange for a good review and I turned it down no one deserves to have an unfortunate stay like I did.

TJ at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with ! Such an awesome experience every time. My girlfriend and I stay here frequently and we’ve never had any issues at all. Always clean and quiet and a good stay! Perfect for when we’re on this side of town and need a hotel we know we’ll get consistent service at. I love this travelodge !

We arrived late at night, and they had no problem accommodating our late check-in. Their late check-out policy was also very reasonable, and when we needed to extend our stay, the process was completely seamless. Neesha handled our extension without hesitation, making everything quick, stress-free, and providing some of the best customer service we could have asked for. Nihit was equally exceptional. When the beverage machine was out of service, he immediately stepped up by providing bottled water and making sure we had everything we needed. His willingness to find a solution instead of simply apologizing showed genuine care for his guests. Overall, the entire staff made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. It's refreshing to find a hotel where customer service is clearly a priority. I truly appreciate Nihit, Neesha, and the rest of the team for their hospitality, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
