No ice machine no microwave no refrigerator , bathtub wasn't cleaned for weeks

This is an older establishment that is very reminiscent of a 1940s motel. The area surrounding the motel is a bit noisy. The sounds of traffic and sirens are constant, but they tended to taper off at night. There weren't many other travelers when we stayed, so the motel, itself, was quiet. Motel staff is incredibly helpful, and seemed eager to assist. The rooms were clean enough, but we did find hair on the restroom floor (not a big deal for us, but some may find that unacceptable). The beds were comfortable, while the fridge and microwave were clean and operable. It appears that the motel has undergone some renovations and updates, but there was a constant, yet faint, smell of disinfectant. Again, not a big deal, but we werent expecting it. Parking was super easy. We literally parked right in front of our room. Things to be aware of: 1) there is no ice machine on site, but there is a 7-11 across the street. 2) if you're a coffee drinker, make sure to bring instant or your favorite bottled coffee. 3) If you choose to walk anywhere, be aware of your surroundings, and don't flaunt expensive items. We didnt encounter any problems, but this is LA. Dress to blend, not to impress. All in all, I'd stay again.

They didn't get to check in because the wifi was out and no t.v. the lady said problems no t.v . So she didn't check me in . I wanted a refund and the guy said yes he will give but he only sent me the amount of the taxes Staff is so rude

Very clean

No es como muestran en las fotos, está descuidado y todo se mira viejo , pared muebles piso techo , el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, te despierta repetidamente por las noches , lo único bueno son el personal y fácil acceso , te estacionas justo en la puerta de tu dormitorio. Deberían poner las fotos reales , porque llegas y te sorprende mucho.

I booked the room at the last minute and it seemed clean but I encountered roaches all night long in the bathroom. I even saw a roach as I was leaving by the door to the room. If I hadn't encountered the roaches the room and property would have been fine.
