The location was great. Private walkway to beach. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

Room was a little dirty but other than that it was a great hotel. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Was very easy to get to the beach and not as crowded as other areas. The breakfast was very good.

Easy to access to beach with room card key. Very nice hot tub, it operated 11 PM

I stay at this place I read all the reviews before I booked ..but after paying almost $900 for 2 nights and my dog and my daughter get a really bad rash we get home and they still have rashes now j have to take my daughter to the doctor and my dog to the vet ..staff was on but something with the room was bad don't know if a was not clean right or there was bugs ...

Good clean hotel and friendly staff for the price.

Upon arrival we were given a dirty room that wasn't properly cleaned, blood stained on beds and couch. Moved rooms. Still dirty, privacy curtains didn't work. Tv turns on its own in the middle of the night. Turn it off and keeps turning off. Repeat 100x until we finally found how to unplug it! Side security door never locks! Alerted staff about all issues and they just looked at us like okay. Manager never available. DON'T RECOMMEND! Smells awful worst hotel we've ever stayed in!

It was a great stay we come here every year to spend a couple of days at SPI and this hotel is always the right choice for me and my family. The cleanliness of the rooms is great, and the breakfast served is great as well. We will continue to book here in the future the pricing is unbeatable for what you get, always a great stay for me and the family.

From the outside this hotel is great, but it was moldy and the smell was strong. As soon as you entered your room you can smell it. The covers have mold, the lamps and the curtains. The mattress in the first room we got had a big blood stain. The lady came in took a picture and just moved us to another room. Still smelled moldy and was like they sprayed the room down to eliminate the smell, which did not work. Now the breakfast was great, lots of options to pick from. Other than that I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel since there are roaches in the rooms and very dirty floors. There were moldy peanuts on the floor and the room smelled like mold and mildew. Don’t stay here!! The location is great but not the cleanliness of the rooms. We stayed in a room facing the beach and the lamps were rusted and stained up. Also the outlets were rusted and unusable. The pool was nice though when there wasn’t too many people there. The hot tub temperature was really hot especially when you have sunburns already. The prices were okay but not worth it when there are pests in your room.

This hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation we’d been waiting forever for. The second we walked into the room after waiting 30 minutes (which by the way we shouldn’t do in the first place as guest who registered 3 weeks prior), it smelled like spoiled milk mixed with humidity and a mold‑like smell, the smell was so strong and it made us gag anytime we smelt it and the carpet was still soaking wet even after they made us wait 30 minutes for it to “dry,” so we had to put towels down just to walk around. The rotting smell ended up being the refrigerator, which was disgusting, and even after they switched it out, the smell never went away the whole three days we were there. We asked multiple times for a room change but they kept saying there were no rooms available. The hallways also reeked, other guests told us their rooms were nasty and smelled like humidity too, some outlets didn’t work, the furniture had stains including the lamp, and we even saw tiny cockroaches in the bathroom and under the TV. Later we found out each cleaner only gets 30 minutes to clean a room, which explains why everything was such a mess. Online the hotel looked nice, but in reality it was nothing like the pictures. The only good things were the pool and the food, but the rooms were a complete disaster and honestly disgusting for a place we came to relax as a family. We left disappointed and won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Pros- free breakfast and beach access Cons- room had stains and comforter was ripped, they never came to clean or refresh the room even when asked multiple times, pool was on the small side and was very crowded, key cards kept deactivating and we would have to get them reset or new cards, room always felt moist

AC was cold, beds were comfortable, free breakfast was well stocked, rooms furnished with coffee and refrigerator, and a convenient supply of food, snacks and toiletries were available for purchase at reasonable cost. We stayed 3 nights - our bathroom towels were restocked once, we had to ask cleaners for toilet paper and coffee, and our room was never cleaned, beds were never made and floor was never vacuumed.
