We have gone here for many years. There are a lot of options for the kids to stay entertained. The staff is friendly, and it is clean. check in times were delayed

The room view of the beach Beds were uncomfortable, no cleaning service, front desk staff was rude

Access to the beach Paid for “partial beach view” and our view was the stage area, there was hair in the bathtub, the patio above our room was rusted and falling down,

clean facility; comfortable rooms; on the beach would like to have more poolside services but it was not all open for season yet

Location Water pressure and small ants coming in from outside.

Everything they let us check in early enjoyed the stay, security guards were awesome really loved it

The resort offered dining, entertainment, comfortable rooms and direct beach accessories. We were quite happy all around. Hard to think of any negatives.

During our stay we dealt with loud partying guests, crying babies, and even people trying to get into our room through the adjoining door at 1:30 AM and again at 4 AM. Painters were working without covering vents, and our room filled with fumes. Parking is first‑come, first‑serve, so even though our room was in the back, we had to park all the way in front. When they finally moved us, they tried to downgrade us before settling on a second‑floor room with stained carpet, no cable TV, a shower that smelled like sewage, taped‑off construction areas, and a non‑working safe. We also witnessed drug deals and loud music right outside. For the price they charge, this place should be far better maintained and managed. We left disappointed and won’t be back.

Location was nice The rooms by the water the doors/ walls are paper thin.You can hear your whole neighbor's conversation very uncomfortable. We didn't get checked in the room until 4:45 because the room wasn't ready. The staff was rude at the front desk

Restaurant onsite , great customer service and beach view Roaches in the kitchen, toilet ran over in one of the bathrooms. The housekeeping/maintenance staff were very slow to respond

Quite. Very comfortable bed. Pool was great. Restaurant breakfast buffet was delicious. Quarterdeck lounge was fun. No chest of drawers for clothes

Cleanliness The rooms are super hot and stuffy need ceiling fans

Updated rooms, easy access to the beach. Plenty of on site options and many within walking distance. Gorgeous pools.

No microwave in the room.

Pool area and close walking distance to beach. Bartender at the outside bar was really nice and personable but can't remember his name. Front desk staff were not over friendly, they weren't rude, just felt like they were only there to do a job.

Great access to beach , has everything on the property, no reason to drive anywhere N/A
