The place was at a very convenient spot, close to restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and the cleaning crew were very attentive and friendly. The “resort” part of the hotel is confusing, but over all a clean hotel, next to the beach.

The property is clean and everyone is really helpful. The only suggestion is inspect the pool towels better. One had splinters and another one has stains. Besides that, it was a great stay.

Honestly the location and view was the best part. I was really disappointed in the vibe. When I thought of Margaritaville Fun. We booked for the 4th of July thinking it would be so much fun. What we got was NOTHING! We were there Thursday-Monday and the pool bar closed by 8pm every night and at 6 on Sunday. They had a dj by the pool but he left at 6. There was also very limited loungers by the pool and most of those were being held by a towel and not a single person using for hours if ever. I won’t be staying there again that’s for sure.

The pool area had a terrible smell. The sewer is broken and the restrooms had a terrible smell. The floors were wet and fans running. Will not stay there again!

My room was wet The floors stayed wet and the mirrors stayed fogged up as if I’d taken a hot shower. The chairs on the balcony sit too low so you have to stand to enjoy the “ocean view”. The rugs and carpets are dirty.

Location, view It seems like its falling apart. A/C didn't work, entrance doors to the hotel itself got stuck right in front of me, elevator alarm got triggered on its own out of the blue. Staff is unhelpful in resolving issues. 2 bedroom condo costed us about 800 a night, yet it has A/C units that are usually installed in cheap motels, and they don't even work properly. Feels like management just milks the money from it with minimal investment towards it - just to keep the lights on.

Somewhat dirty in the hallways, pool is very old, restaurant smells musty, public restrooms kinda stink like musty sewer gas. For the price it should be a lot nicer, Renovation was not done very well, exterior is rusty and paint peeling

The signage is so small and unimpressive as you arrive to the property you could easily miss your turn. Upon checking in the agent appeared to be irritated that our reservation was through Expedia. She quickly assigned us a room without offering us the complimentary margarita that she offered the guests in front of us or explaining any of the amenities or requirements of the property. She failed to mention that we needed a parking permit and had to return to the front desk to ask for one. The bathroom had a sewer smell and the sink’s hot water faucet handle would not turn . The front desk said they would send an engineer who never showed up Husband had to finally force faucet on on day 2. Land shark is the only dining option - overpriced fish and chips tasted straight from a frozen dinner. The very loud air conditioner unit turnedon and off every 15 minutes. There was no resort feel commensurate with Margaritaville - no entertainment - minimal signage that felt like a semi-rebranding of a budget hotel with Margaritaville signs Access to the beach was wonderful and our balcony view was great. We left the property for all our meals and was very satisfied with the dining options away from the “resort”. The agent who checked us in also checked us out. There was no “how was your stay” simply “since you booked with Expedia they will send your your receipt”. I informed her that she should learn to be more courteous and smile more as she made me feel unwelcome.
