We stayed in the room with a king bed & pull out sofa & it was very spacious. The beds were both comfortable and after inspecting the room, it was clean. The breakfast was good and Overall, it was a nice stay.

Staff needs help cleaning and setting up breakfast. It’s too much for one person to keep up with the volume of customers eating breakfast. Trashcan was full, running out of sugar and other condiments. I tried to help because I knew where it was kept. I felt sorry for the person trying to keep up. Other than that, it was a great breakfast.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and truly want to make your stay matter. Will come back to this property again in the future.

Tried to cancel but property refused ,so they kept my funds.

Traveling from Iowa, down to SPI. Arrived, and the hotel front desk said my reservation had been canceled by the hotel, and there were no more rooms. I was not aware, and I never received a cancellation notification. The hotel room was still confirmed on the Hotels.com account.

My room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast, Zamaso was a very hard worker

This used to be an old Howard Johnson location, the rooms are huge. The amenities are perfect and it is within walking distance of all of the great restaurants on the strip. Very quiet, comfortable rooms awesome beds staff is awesome. Not one single complaint. I would stay there again and again.

The room was great lots of room. The room and hotel were clean! The only thing is they only give you one parking pass, when I asked for another the front desk girl got upset and turned rude. Other than that it was a great place! Breakfast is good too!

The place was great!

I booked my stay with hotels.com for a suite when I was ready to check in I was told the actual hotel overbooked and gave away my already paid in full room. That because I booked with a 3rd party I would just get whatever was available. I had planned for a suit for my stay and had to change everything due to this. Was told I could cancel if I wanted too but that's it. Very unsatisfied with this experience.

The rooms were clean. Location was fine. My only complaint would be the ice machines need to be cleaned. I had a spider in my drink after adding ice. I would stay again and just not use the ice machine.

I had stayed at the previous hotel that used to be at this location mainly for the nightlife and location, but now that it’s been completely remodeled, it feels like a totally different place in the best way. We arrived after midnight and Felix made check-in super easy and made sure our stay went smoothly, which was really appreciated after a long drive. We also brought our dog, and it was nice to see they had several pet-friendly amenities, we were on the 3rd floor which was a little inconvenient but understandable since it was Memorial Day weekend. The breakfast was nice and continuously stocked, the rooms were clean and stocked as well, the pool was clean and had lights at night. Check out was at noon which is also a plus. The only downside was an occasional unpleasant smell in the hallways that would come into the room but overall I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything went great! Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Rotating breakfast is a plus!
