The place is comfortable, the location is convenient. However, I had certain issues with the booking and the housekeeping services. All in all a decent place to stay for a few nights.

Breakfast is just ok, food was luke warm. Not really that tasty. For the price of the stay, compared to other hotels, they could do a lot more and better.

Good location for a short stay but the hotel needs to be updated. Some things are old and show wear & tear. Service forgot to leave toilet paper in our bathroom, and even after we requested it, we ended up having to walk down to the reception to get it ourselves.

The location as everything is there, nothing to worry about foods and stuffs The bedroom tv not functioning, water in shower so slow, and when we asked concierge if they had a disposable utensils they said they don’t have it when they do provide breakfast at the hotel.

Front desk manager Fady is unprofessional and likes to investigate on his own will and puts you in the no booking list without talking to you first then hangs up the phone. Don’t try to call they won’t pick up. Very unhappy with how I was treated on the phone and investigated when I was never in the wrong with proof.
