A nice place stay n good area around lot of stores

We were not greeted properly. The amenities were not explained. No help or direction from the front desk rep. The hotel smells bad. Smells like a bathroom. The carpet in the hallways is in need of cleaning. You can see they haven't been cleaned or changed in forever. The room was the cleanest part of the hotel. Bathroom could be cleaned better. Tub needs scrubbing.

Lobby was very clean, rooms were very dated but functional. Staff was helpful.

No truck parking. There’s a shopping center parking lot they suggested me to use a block away. It worked because I changed in late and out early morning.

Went for a short weekend stay. It was less pricey than other areas and good variety of surrounding restaurants. A little outdated but would stay there again.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. I didn't have hotel breakfast. The air conditioner was sufficient.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been at. When I went to check in cops were there for a brawl in the 3rd floor… checked into my room it hadn’t been cleaned beds we not even made. It smelled horrible. The staff was useless. I’ve never left a review but this was so bad I left with in 2 minutes of being there and couldn’t even get a refund it was the most miserable experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. 0/10 stay away at all costs this place should be shut down.. there were also multiple other people trying to get refunds and find different hotels in the area

The room had supplies. The location has a lot of restaurants.

I had booked and fully paid for a room at his Holiday Inn for two days July 3 and 4, 2026 for my guests arriving from Canada. Unfortunately due to inclement weather their flight was cancelled and the arrived the following day July 4th. We went to the hotel at 4;30pm July 4th to check them in and were told that our reservation was cancelled as we did not show up on July 3rd. Again we has fully paid for the room for two days. They refused to provide us another room or refund us the money for one day July 4th. The front desk told us they has sold our room to another customer while having collected full fees from me for the room also. Totally unethical business practice. I would NEVER make are reservation at this hotel and NOT recommend this facility to any one. It deserves ZERO stars!!

The hotel smelled. There was to be daily housekeeping...noone ever cleaned my room, offered clean towels, none of the taff even spoke to me. The min fridge was not checked and there was moldy food in it that I had to discard of. The amentities are minimal at best, they guardthe buffet like it is the franklin mint. Motel 6 would have been equal to this

Overall it was ok.

Warm staff. Simple rooms with very comfortable bed and big tv. Great for overnight. This is my fourth stay. AC worked really well. Wish they got PBS!

Hotel staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Thank You! Everything was fine, but probably time to start updating carpets & furnishings in rooms. We felt safe & we were comfortable

The staff were very friendly especially in the breakfast room but the quality of breakfast did not seem worth the $15. After the first night we had to request a full bed change after waking up with several bug bites all over our bodies. The manager immediately called housekeeping to alert them and was very kind towards us. Unfortunately when we returned to the room the bed was remade with the same sheets (we could tell because of the same stains and strands of hair in the bed). It was late so we didn’t bother bringing it up to the front desk again. We couldn’t find any visual sign of bugs besides the bites me and my partner received both nights. Aside from this, the hotel felt very safe and was pleasant.

The hallway could do with a clean The carpets in the room could do with a through clean They do housekeeping every day but tbh I am no sure what they do other than to replace the towels, which in my opinion doesn't need to be replaced every day The hotel is decent enough and it was convenient for us

When we checked in late night, the front desk lady was awesome, very helpful.
