This is an inexpensive option for people wanting to be reasonably close to New York City and who have a car to get around. The rooms were clean and comfortable and parking plentiful, with nearby freeway access and proximity to markets, restaurants and shopping. The hotel's lobby and other public-area amenities were minimal.

Room was not clean and mattress and bedspread are smelly. Kitchen utensils are not properly cleaned and previously cooked or used food was still sticking. Bad smell and dust smell coming out from AC, Very poor in cleaning and maintenance.

The staff were friendly Everything else was a letdown

Was not able to stay in the room, it smelt like smoke and skunks and had to leave.

Honestly the staff, the residents, everything about this place is excellent, cannot be beaten for the price, a short taxi away to a 30min train into the heart of New York City, a no brainer Everything, staff, rooms are brilliant, all residents were so friendly and kind.

Came here again and always a pleasure. Well kept property

My stay was good the room was clean and the top bed spread and sheets were clean and the color of the lining was white and clean! I slept underneath the blanket and on the sheets. I have my standards. And I love the fact that the hotel has nice wooden floors and not carpeting with stains in it. And the appliances is modern.👍

Hospitality of staff are very attentive

Very helpful staff. Very considerate

Beds are horrible, floors are bare. Yet the online photos of the rooms presented a plush appearance that turned out to be horribly misleading. I had to leave and find another hotel nearby, yet Expedia has refused to refund my money!

Smell at the corridors and room towels and all quality with bedding was extremely poor. Needs improvement. Staff was cooperative.

So, because of the fact that this was an extended stay property there seemed to be a lot more chaos in the hallways. The bathroom was clean, but only two towels available no hairdryer and no shampoo. I guess I’m just used to that being there. The thing that I couldn’t believe was that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room and no coffee at the front desk. Now for the best part. The fire alarm went off at 4 o’clock in the morning. We looked out the front window in about 10 minutes after it started. A police car pulled up and an officer calmly walked into the building about a half an hour after that a fire truck arrived four fireman, got out of the fire truck and calmly walked into the building. We figured from that it wasn’t a grand emergency. I am almost certain that if I wouldn’t have said something at checkout, they would not have apologized for waking me up at 4 o’clock in the morning because somebody’s food caught on fire. I know that the alarm was not there fault- but a formal apology would have been nice. And maybe a discount on my next visit.

Do not I mean do not book here! They have all type of things going on in that place from low water pressure, false fire alarms at 2am, pee color water, mold and ROACHES! I’ve booked here before & it was never like this. I reached out to the front desk & they advised me that they couldn’t do anything or compensate for anything other than give a discount for another night stay but I would be a fool if I stayed another day. I came up from the south for family and this was overall the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Oh and they say no pets, but I see a giant dog coming out the back entrance of the property. They also put me on the upper floor when I have children which led the people below me to keep knocking on the ceiling & complaining. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
