Very well maintained we really liked the outdoor patio and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Top notch.

Great pet friendly spot! Large outdoor dog walk area with bags and disposal receptacles. For people, large number of shops, restaurants nearby. Lots of growth in this area, so highways and developments under construction but noise is not an issue. Would definitely stay again.

Stay would have been okay if we didn’t have extra uninvited guest (Roaches). When my husband went down to the desk (bugs in hand) to make them aware the lady attending the front desk stated “let me guess, you want something for free” WHAT??? He made sure not to tell me this part until after we left. Mattress/Sheets were stained. She offered a $30 credit or to move us to another room which clearly if you have them in one room you more than likely have them in others. We toughed it out, talked to the manager the next morning who apologized for what happened and offered the same $30 credit, which we couldn’t get because we booked through Expedia.

We had a reservation, as soon as we got there Kevin, the front desk clerk took a look at us and told us that he had canceled our reservation...mind you, it was 11:50pm on a Friday night...we were tired and in need of a bath and rest, only to be told that our reservation was canceled. My husband asked: "What are we supposed to do?" Kevin responded that it was not his problem, with an attitude and a condescending tone of voice. We ended up going back to Raleigh. It was a horrible and embarrassing experience. Never again.

We have stayed here several times! However, the pool wasn’t maintained properly and had turned somewhat green! Out of the three days we were there, we could only use it one day! A little disappointing for a visit at this location!

Room was fine but no housekeeping service at all during the 5 nights I was there - emptying the trash or bringing in fresh towels would have been good. Bed was comfortable. Wet bar sink dripped the whole time. Staff was very nice. Breakfast - typical free hotel breakfast. Wish there had been water available for breakfast other than for sale at the desk.

For the rating the room was not a 8.5 it was clean and staff very helpful. The building needed updates and the elevator was out of order for 2 days making it very rough.

Every one was really nice and welcoming to us , throwing jokes here and there and being super friendly. We are coming back 100% for sure
