Quality Inn Spartanburg Northwest

It was nice quiet and comfortable The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of my room. Housekeeping needs to have better cleaning habits. I had to clean out my own fridge. My microwave plate was very greasy. My bathroom floor was full of hair. My toilet wasn't clean. Had to clean all this before I was able to relax.

Cleanliness, staff was super great. Rooms were comfortable and the manager was very attentive. Great value for the price. Will definitely visit again.

NO STAFF ON DUTY. You had to check in on a video kiosk, with a foreigner thats English was so broken, the kiosk couldn’t even understand what he was saying. It took forever to check in due to the language barrier. The hallways had trash laying in the floor with dirty carpets that hadn’t been vacuumed. You get in the elevator, the same way trash on the floor. The back parking lot for semi trucks, there’s junk sitting everywhere and poorly maintain grounds. The room was clean, but the air conditioner didn’t work very well.. I will not be staying there again.

I didn’t like anything about the property No employees on the property. You check in through a kiosk. The room latch did not shut securely. There seemed to be some sort of bugs in the bed. I couldn’t see them but could feel them. The lounge in front of the hotel had some guy high on something, but the kiosk assured me he was fine

Absolutely nothing This property was filthy, and operated by a kiosk! Can spend money on kiosk to virtually check-in, but can’t maintain & update their property! Floors where sticky, there was tweezers in the walls, dust everywhere, the lobby’s stunk, doors where left open at all times with no one onsite! The elevator was not working! Just overall terrible!

The bathroom had hair in the sink and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Bed was comfy . Check in was quick even with the kiosk . Came with air even though it said it wouldn’t Not really any staff to be seen , you use a kiosk to check in & there’s a $50 deposit they don’t tell you about Bathroom smelled like pee Nobody answers the phone from the location it’s a 1-800 number

It was very impersonal from the time we checked in, and I had to speak to someone through a kiosk that was in the next room over and they did not speak very well English, so it was very hard for me. The bed was comfortable there were beetle bugs, crawling around the floor, which I flushed until the manager spray the room the next day. Overall would not stay there again.

There was graffiti on the lampshades. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed. Everything was dirty. But I guess you get what you pay for.

The entire place smelled like stale cigarette smoke as soon as you entered the lobby. I was checked in by a kiosk with a person on webcam. Never saw a single staff member in person. The bed in the first room we were given had makeup and hair on the pillows and stains and hair in the sheets. The second room had more stains and short curly hair in the sheets. When I told the kiosk that the second room was also disgusting and I wouldn’t be staying they said they would not refund my money. Hotels.com was also unable to secure a refund. Do not stay here for any reason.

Easy to get to check-in was different but fine. Room was clean and comfortable, only issue was breakfast, no fresh fruit but had basic choices (cereal, yogurt, pastries and waffle maker) Nothing really, slightly questionable outside but felt safe.
