Nothing Very dirty. Puke in the elevator Coffee pot in my room was dirty and moldy No shampoo conditioner in the bathroom The microwave was disgusting

Nothing I didn’t like the odor it had when you first walk in & also in the hallway. Room wasn’t clean how they were supposed to be. Definitely had roaches.

The location It wasn’t clean. Trash all over the property parking lot. The elevator was very dirty and had trash on the floor. I had to let the front desk know three times before they cleaned it. The toilet in my room was clogged and I had to plunge it myself because housekeeping wasn’t available. I used the laundry facilities which were dirty and had trash piled up in the room. The phone in the room was dirty and sticky. The breakfast area was dirty as well. All of those appliances need to be deep cleaned.

1. Not a real person behind the office counter. Instead a man on our video screen tried to process my ID, information and payment. It may not have been his fault, but none of it was working, so the whole process took much longer than it should have. The screen could not read my ID, he lost my phone number he had typed in, printed out four room keys before one actually worked, etc. 2. When I came in for breakfast, very little was available, so I got a bowl of Raisin Bran. I poured some coffee and tried it and could tell it wasn’t real coffee. Then I poured some orange juice and it tasted like it was very diluted! The tables were all dirty. They could at least have fresh bananas, oranges and some yogurt and have someone to regularly clean the tables and chairs.

Room service folded the used towels instead of bringing the new ones. Lots of garbage on the floor. Like it was not vacuumed in weeks

Clean Had to check in via video call. No physical person on reception. Crazy and wierd.

It was nice quiet and comfortable The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of my room. Housekeeping needs to have better cleaning habits. I had to clean out my own fridge. My microwave plate was very greasy. My bathroom floor was full of hair. My toilet wasn't clean. Had to clean all this before I was able to relax.

Cleanliness, staff was super great. Rooms were comfortable and the manager was very attentive. Great value for the price. Will definitely visit again.
