W we have stayed here a few times now visiting Wofford. The place is very clean. Bring your own pillows though. There pillows are like sleeping on a sheet of paper.

The hotel itself was very nice and the upkeep was great. The staff was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately there were not many amenities available. Especially within the room itself.

The hotel's entrance and cleanliness made a great first impression, but the front desk staff didn't match that standard. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE!!! FROM CHECK IN TO THE ROOM ITSELF!! I was publicly humiliated by the front desk staff over a minor billing issue, and their hateful, unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. Additionally, the room was extremely disappointing, resembling a budget motel rather than the $260 a night quality I expected.

The place was comfortable and beautiful. I had a separate sitting area the staff was helpful. llike mostley housekeepers.The bedroom area was extremely large and had a indoor balcony set up. The bathroom was a little tight that was the only inconvenience.Beaides that it was everything plus more. Very nice in door and outdoor pool area. A beautiful restaurant and I very nice open bar in the middle of the lobby. So that was a great surprise. I will definitely be staying again..
