Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. The outdoor furniture was nice but the cushions needed replaced. They were visibly soiled and torn.

My room in this hotel during to their overbooking. They put me in a less nice hotel next door and told me it was the same price. Then my room wasn’t even cleaned and filthy! Such a disappointment.

Very nice hotel in Spartanburg. Clean room and bath, with comfy bed. Appreciate mini kureg in room, just wish they had bold brew. Heirloom restaurant & bar top notch.

Nice clean and modern. We stay there about every year on our travels through SC. Close to a lot of amenities and places to eat. Also close to I26 and I85.

I did not want to pay $9.99 for breakfast

The price. I was told it would be $146 but when I got the bill, it was $165.30???

The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.
