3 nights at hotel booked through Expedia. I informed Expedia that my travel plans had changed and I would only need 2 nights. Apparently Expedia failed to pass this on to the hotel so when I arrived I discovered that the booking had been canceled because I was a no show on my first booked night. The hotel was unable to accommodate me for the remaining two nights. An Expedia agent helped me book another [more expensive] hotel in the city.

Clean, comfortable, and fairly new. This was a good stop for us in transit. Easy in and out and spotless room. Close to the mall, but not much to see there.

It was a well maintained hotel, with a friendly helpful staff and nice lobby area and decent free breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, buttttt, the rooms were so small. 2 adults, 1 teen with carry on style luggage and we felt more like we were in our 12’ camper days. 1 office chair, small desk and no other place to sit down unless you want to sit or lay on the bed. That maybe the Tru MO, but we will check for room sqr. footage next time. A single or couple traveling light, good choice.

John and the other lady that take care of breakfast were by far the best thing about this hotel. They made everything pleasant and made sure everyone was taken care. The staff in general was very good and did the best with what they had. The AC in the main lobby and hall ways did not work so it was extremely hot so we didn’t really get to enjoy the downstairs area much because of the heat. Had an issue with my first room but thankfully had another option available for us. The location in general doesn’t look great from the outside but never felt unsafe during our stay. Located close to a lot of food options.

Good place for just a quick night stay. I wouldnt want to stay longer than that. Garbage cans in room had no bags and the Kleenex box was half ripped of paper. Just didn’t feel super clean
