My stay was pleasant and awesome like always No complaints

Loved the location and the spacious room with kitchenette. This was not too major, but toiletries and change of towels/wash clothes were limited for short stay residents and charged fees to change out even if you stayed less than 7 days.

I booked this hotel as there was a kitchenette with a stove so that I can cook a few meals. However, there is no pots, pan or utensils. Only option is to buy from reception for $50 each set. It doesn’t make sense to have a kitchen and not provide anything - people don’t travel with pots and pans. If management is reading this then please add basic requirements to make a meal in the kitchen.

I did not like the people leaning on the cars in the back parking lot while drinking at 11:00 pm. I didn't even stay one night. I paid for 2 nights and cancelled the remainder of my reservation. It felt very unsafe. I will however give high marks to the 2 lovely women that handled my reservation.

There was no breakfast. I did not like having a full kitchen without any pots, pans, or cokking utensils.

Very clean, seemed quiet. The pillows, for the love of God they sucked.

Hampton Inn is a much better Hotel hands down The staff for one, they were rude and asked us to leave, because we had 3 dogs. We were not told we couldn't have 3 dogs at check in. I even asked if they were getting a deposit for them. Then they kept money for a pet deposit when they told us it was refundable as long as there was no damage. There was absolutely no damages what so ever! These people need new management we were supposed to check in at 6am they called us just before 6 and told us the room wouldn't be ready until after 11am, so for 5 hours we had to find something to do. Then at 11am they were trying to tell us it still wasn't ready. They put us in a room we didn't reserve. All in all this was the WORST motel stay I have ever had!! I don't know how they're still in business!! Hampton Inn is a much better Hotel!!
