We love staying at this hotel as we pass through South Carolina, headed for Hilton Head. It is clean, comfortable, has an indoor swimming pool, a free breakfast that is quite filling, several restaurants and shopping very close by, and best of all, a wonderful staff. My wife accidentally left her work computer and they promptly called, made arrangement for shipping it to us, and followed through. Amazing! I would highly suggest staying here.

They were very helpful, professional and accommodating. We had a pet friendly room and it was very clean. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful!

The location was excellent for shopping/refueling/restaurants. The breakfast was good. One morning items were on the low end but other mornings just fine. The beds were good, only issue was that all 4 pillows on my bed smelled of past usage...ie, cologne, sweat, and hair products. The room was good...it had a musty smell when first entering. Obviously the air conditioning did dispell the odor somewhat. The air conditioner cooled very well.

Breakfast was lacking in food. I understand there was a shortage in food. Also, the milk, coffee and the waffle batter weren't replenished until asked to have them done.

Hotels.com is a scam, the fact that you could not issue a refund for a simple booking error is laughable. Your website defaults the book date to whatever day they want as you make the reservation.. not the day of like it should. Therefore if you aren't careful, you book the wrong date and a refund is not an option. What a joke. I would never recommend using Hotels.com ever.

The room was super clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar had a large variety of different foods. I also love that the hotel is located next to many restaurants and shopping plazas. The pool was not heated, it was very cold.

Yes The food was horrible. The breakfast was nasty all pork. Everybody don’t eat pork and everybody don’t eat oatmeal.

The breakfast was awesome. Liked coffee in room. Indoor swimming pool and exercise room was fantastic. Loved proximity to mall restaurants etc. I wish there had been a trash can in the hallway.
