Everything was perfect!! Shuttle starts 3am

Staff writer was great. The manager was BEYOND FANTASTIC!!! Anything we might have wanted she already thought of. The only thing to improve the place is to add a restaurant. Would be my inn of choice when returning to Spokane.

Breakfast was so convenient and delicious. Really nice and clean. Seems to be new. There's traffic noise( We were on 1st floor) but to be expected near airport. Only had one night but would recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay . The room was clean, the staff was friendly and very willing to answer our questions. I loved the walk-in shower. And though it's not quiet, the courtyard is lovely! The breakfast was very good!

We had a great stay here. Location was great, easy to get to and from. The breakfast was great. There was a large variety of foods to choose from. The only downfall was Saturday morning the water for my shower wasn’t hot. My husband had hot water though. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was served hot every morning, the serving area was kept clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very good but I would prefer a restaurant. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very hard. The shower doors did not roll and I had to lift them up to move them. The shower needed work. The television need explanation of operation. I couldn't find the ice machine.

Clean room. Very helpful staff when I had a very early flight they made sure I had a snack breakfast to take with me.
