Motel 6 Spokane, WA - West

Staff was very helpfully and cooperative, but premises was scary, bedsheets, towels, pillows and bathrooms was so dirty, room is stinky smell

The only thing good about this hotel is that it is pet friendly and pets stay there for free. Otherwise there was blood and cigarette burns on the comforter in our first room & the TV didn't work. Went and complained about it & switched rooms. And before you even start, yes, I know it's a motel 6. I know what I'm getting and walking in to, however, that DOES NOT mean that it should be unkept this bad and that anyone should have to endure this & pay for it. Went to our second room, had 2 beds in it. The first beds linens not only HAD NOT been changed, they also weren't washed. There was dog hair all over the bed. And again, the TV didn't work. When I told them about the TV not working in the first room, they didn't mention that it was ALL of their TV's. It was only when I went and complained a second time about the TV not working was I then informed that it was ALL the TVs. I will be requesting a refund.

The bedspread of the first room was full of holes and probably not washed in a while. So they offered me a second room but I couldn't open the door and neither could the staff. The staff was certain there was someone squatting in the room. I cancelled and was told I'd get a refund in a few days but I don't think so. Never again will I stay at a Motel 6.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room itself was not well maintained. As shown in the photos, there were stains on the walls, the flooring was coming up in multiple places, and there were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Overall, the condition of the property did not match our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again. Out the back of the hotel sadly was a family with children, 2 dogs and what looked like all their belongings.

This hotel is disgusting. I cant believe they thi nk they can charge the amount they charged per night. Its dirty, smelly and unsafe.

I was extremely disappointed with this property. The pool is disgusting, the rooms smell like death and looks like they are not clean between guests. The only good experience I had was the front desk guy. But even then it wasn't worth the money spent. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Otherwise the hotel was grungy and not particularly clean. The first room I checked to had a faulty door and the front desk person helpfully gave me a different room. In fairness, the first room was cleaner and generally in better condition. On the whole, the place had an unsafe vibe and smelled bad. The general condition of the place is run down, stained, and dirty. I can’t believe I paid for it. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate. Although, again in fairness, it was reasonably quiet and we were undisturbed.

Nothing. The hotel was disgusting. The hallways smelled like cat pee. The room was dirty. The hotel was overbooked so we had to stay in a single queen room for 2 adults and 3 kids. There were cigarette burns all over the bedding and they didn’t even offer a cot or extra bedding for the kids.

Nothing I was beyond disappointed with my stay. As soon as I got to the room I should have turned around and left. I got to my room and the door was open. But no one was in the room the room looked like it had been clean. I had a hard time shutting the door but got it closed. Locked the top flip lock and went to lock the deadbolt and the thumb latch was gone. I was a woman by myself and needed the deadbolt for peace of mind but then I could not anyway open the door so I called front desk using the phone and dialed 0 no answer. I came to the conclusion I would be safe the door would not open. I decided to wait until the morning. Again could not open the door or turn the dead bolt tab. Called the 0 front desk. Again no answer. So thankfully I was on the first floor and the window was not fixed and functional so I opened the window and put all my stuff out the window and climbed out the window. I have never stayed at a motel 6 and I never will again.

The hallways were dirty but the room was clean. There were tears in the comforter and the TV didn't work. We were just looking for a comfort bed for the night and this worked perfectly. If you can overlook the minor issues, this is a great value for the money. Dirty halfway, holes in comforter

This place was absolutely disgusting! Fresh blood stains on mattress, cigarette burns on both the sheets and comforter. Had to change my room twice and BOTH were absolutely filthy. Housekeeping does not do anything about it. Blood stains on the walls in the hallway, carpet has never been vacuumed or washed. Dirty walls in the rooms, the bathroom has NEVER been bleached. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rooms did not have kleenex, hair dryer. Needs alot of updates. Had to switch rooms. First one was smelly and very dirty. Bedding had stains and rips in the bedspread. Not impressed.

Staff was friend and kind Everything it was clean

The location was close to the HWY Overall facility was ran down broken and missing handles and doors. Homeless camp outside people sleeping by trashcans right outside the door, no secure locks (or even door handles) to prevent people from the Homeless camp from coming in. Security latch on door to room was broken and missing half of it. Lights in room had cords cut. Beds on wooden boards cut into wall roughly but still moved. Graffiti in room....

This hotel was top 3 worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived the staff member provided us with a room key for a room that was already occupied. When we returned to notify the staff member of the mistake she indicated that it was "impossible" that someone had already been in the room despite the slap-lock being engaged. We were given another room after the staff member contacted someone. Upon arrival into the room, we found the floors to be sticky, with hair and other trash on the floor. The room was smelly and the bedspreads both were covered in cigarette burns. The bathroom floors were also dirty, again hair and other trash. We spent as little time as we possibly could have, less than 8 hour in the room and left as quickly as we could. The swimming pool was unusable as it had debris floating on top of the water. There were random people walking around both inside and outside of the property, in the hallways and parking lots. Had there been other options, we would have definately stayed somewhere else.

I enjoy the peace and comfort st motel 6 The place is okay and a great motel to live in.

Easy to find. The TV fell off the wall and almost crushed my mom's foot. There was no power cord with the TV. The employee came and put it back on the wall and said he would look for another room and never came back. There were bugs. It was terrible. It was a non smoking room that smelled like it had been smoked in before. My allergies have been terrible since.
