The first time we ever stayed at an Home2. We thought the whole concept was very sterile and seemed institutional. There really was nothing that made us feel comfortable except for the staff. It was probably just not our taste in design. The breakfast was lacking as no gravy or grits in a Tennessee property. The only fruit was apples. So in the future we will not book a room in another Home2, but will stick with your Hampton or Embassy Suites.

Fantastic stay! We were there for a ball tournament and the hotel easily accommodated most of our team as well as other teams. Very friendly staff. The whole place including the room was clean and spacious. Will stay again.

Best hotel we've stayed at in a while! Amelia at the front desk was amazingly kind and helpful! The room actually got cold, which is how we like to sleep. Everything was great!

Location Did not get room service the entire time I was there. Had to go downstairs for towels and items needed.

Our family had a great weekend stay here. The rooms were large with a lot of space for your belongings. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, we will stay here again next time we are in Spring Hill.

Front desk help was exactly what you would want from a customer service standpoint. Property was very clean.

I liked everything except the slow elevator and having to walk up and down 3 sets of stairs to the 3rd floor but I’m grateful I wasn’t on the 5th level The breakfast was amazing and remained stocked and clean through the duration of breakfast hours. The pool table was nice and the seating was fun.
